Everything was excellent. Since we were the first guest of the busy summer season, there were a few little things that needed to be worked out -these were handled immediately. Our family= from London to San Francisco gathered here and we found the house to easily accommodate the 20 year old “kids” as well as our 80 year old mom. We found the neighbors to be pleasant and very welcoming. The walk to the beach was short. There were lots of beach chairs and some toys. I am picky and prefer to pay for a nicer rental. This property was exceptionally nice and everyone agreed they would rent again. We appreciated the high end finishes while keeping the cottage vibe. It is close enough the craziness of the strip but far enough away to feel like an oasis. Thanks Richard and family!!

This was by far the best beach rental that my family has ever stayed at , great location, great details, expertly cleaned and inviting . My 78 year old mother loved the decks overlooking the ocean and marshes , my adult children and grandsons loved the location and proximity to the beach. My husband loved the well stocked upscale kitchen and the ample parking. I loved the whole beach house , how beautifully decorated and spacious it is for my family to enjoy. Consider this property!

House was as wonderful as the pictures, and we were not disappointed. The screen porch was our favorite spot to watch the sunset and relax in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers were more than adequate for our needs. We were able to spread out and give each other space when needed, just as I had hoped. The walk to the beach was shorter than I expected, which was a bonus. Even though we had Hurricane Henri to deal with at the beginning of the week, the weather was fabulous the rest of the time. Easy access to the center for kids arcade excursions, and an easy drive to Rye etc. Spectacular location, and we loved our week at Witch Island Way.

Very nice property and perfect location. The house and furnishings were very nice. Great space for everyone and very comfortable. Richard was responsive to all questions. The location was very close to everything but on a nice quiet street. Works love to stay there again!

This house was amazing! Clean, kitchen was stocked with everything you will need, space and room for everyone, we didn’t even get to use all the porches! Views are fantastic and in less than 10 minute walk you are sitting on pristine beautiful beaches. You are close enough to the boardwalk but far enough from those crowds and noise. My family and I would love to come back. This placed changed my view about Hampton Beach!

We stayed here for a family vacation. Beautiful house equipped with everything you need. Very spacious and gorgeous views. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

The home exceeded our expectations, as the Home is much nicer in person than pictures showed. The location was amazing, and we greatly enjoyed the multiple decks and large open kitchen! Richard (host) was super helpful, and easy to communicate with, the home was spotless upon our arrival and very well appointed. We enjoyed the games and puzzles that were available. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Top Notch Rental. This is a beautiful home that outshines it’s photos. It’s perfectly placed on a private road that is a short stroll to the beach but just far enough from Route 1A to not be bothered by the traffic. You can enjoy water views and the sunrise from the upper deck. The screened in back porch is a bird watchers delight, with serene views of wildlife and sunsets. The home is decorated beautifully, and is comfortable for a large family. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen, large dining area and cozy sofas in front of the gas fireplace. Bathrooms and Kitchen are clean- great appliances. The home has lots of widows and a fabulous ocean breeze comes through the whole house ...but the A/C is there for humid nights. Simply a great house, hope to return!
