Perfect place to stay

Rick was GREAT! Greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. We had one issue with a door handle and he came immediately to take care of it. Club/restaurant next door was loud at night but did not bother us; actually wish we had more time to go once and have lunch or something there but we were not able to squeeze it in. Plenty of parking at the property, maybe a 5 to 10 minute walk to the main "board walk" and a couple minute walk to the beach.

Location was great, a short walk to the beach and on the quieter end of the boardwalk - there was a convenience store and a great cafe a few steps from us where we were able to get coffee and breakfast. The roof top terrace was a huge plus. The only thing to be weary of is the club next door that raged until 2am but perhaps since it was a Saturday night, things were very roudy. Also the stacked washer and dryer was so convenient. Richard also had extra masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and Lysol everywhere in the apartment which was impressive. Other than that the place was clean, quaint and would def stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed the weekend and had a great time. The apartment is next to a club which was fine with us. The owner is extremely nice and always available to you if you need anything.

Great spot for a beach vaca. Minutes from the beach. Enjoyed our time. Roof top deck was a nice add on.

Rick was very prompt and easy to communicate with! We really enjoyed the short walk to the strip and beach! We had a great time! We are already missing Hampton Beach and all that it has to offer! Thank you again! :)

Property was as described and better. Fully stocked, clean and close to everything. Richard was very responsive and kind. The rooftop was a favorite of all of ours! Quick walk to a quiet, gorgeous beach and also to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again

Property as advertised, very clean and updated . Loved the stackable laundry great for drying beach towels. I would absolutely stay here again. The big chair opens into a twin and the couch opens into a queen size. Great for kids who want separate beds. You can hear the base from the music next door but it didn't bother us as we were still awake by the time it closed at 1am. If you are the go to bed early type you will have an issue. It didn't bother us since we stay up late. Short walk to the strip and short walk to the beach .

Adorable property with close walk to the beach. Very responsive and kind owner. Would absolutely rent again!
