sent incredibly detailed instructions and information on EVERYTHING!!!! When we were about to arrive, we texted to let them know and they met us at the property. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot the condominium was impressive. The parking lot was exceptionally clean and easy to access. Dave and Pushpa brought us up to the unit and from the moment we opened the door we were thrilled. One of the first things I noticed was how amazing the unit smelled. Then as you walk through it only gets better. The unit is decorated beautifully. Each bedroom had the best linens and the kitchen had everything we could need. The provide comfortable beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. Seriously, there is nothing we were missing. The location too is perfect, you are right across from the beach and walking distance to everything at the Boardwalk. Also, we were so pleasantly surprised that we DID NOT hear any noise in the unit, which was nice as main beach is busy! If you decide to go exploring for the day and head North or South, it is extremely easy to access the nearby highways. Without having to deal with too much traffic either, we loved that, as we did many day trips. If you are hungry and do not feel like cooking, head down to the front of the building and go into Lola's kitchen. Lola and Jim are the best!!! We saw them every day, for coffee, lunch, or a snack. We were so sad when our week was over but looking forward to becoming repeat vacationers!!!! Thank you again for everything.

The condo is very clean. It is nice and quiet. It is beautiful. It had all the comforts of home. It was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean.

The condo was great, it had everything you needed. Right across the street from the beach, enjoyed are morning coffee on the deck. Our hosts were very nice, made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome. Definitely a place you would want to stay at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our November/December stay in this beautiful condo on Hampton Beach! The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Our hosts were very accommodating and gracious. We were sad to leave!

First year we were hesitant of course but this was our second trip back and everything was perfect from cleanliness to location.Most important Dave & Pushpa are teriffic hosts and haven’t missed a thing to make our stay enjoyable.Already booked for next year .

The condo is fabulous! Just as described. A great size for 2 couples and we hosted several get togethers with other (local) family members. Could not have been nicer~

This is a beautiful condo right across from the beach. We had a wonderful time in this very relaxing location!

Let's just say.we had other family members staying the same week at an updated place on river ave.when they visited they we in ah on the quality of the condo and location.A very tasteful decor.We also had other family visitors. My Grandchildren came up on two separate days.One was an overnight. It made our vacation perfect.Added features.You can watch the fireworks from your front porch,sunrise on the front porch and sunset on the back porch. Life is GOOD!Oh yeah fishing right across the street.
