Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 days and it was great! Really good location- close to everything. Very clean and spacious! We can’t wait to return for years to come!

Ladies Trip
Only bad thing is location. Perfect for beach but too close to bars that have a long and loud night life, therefore tough to sleep.

Great place to stay
We were there this past weekend for a weekend girls trip. This was our first time staying at this property but have stayed many other places before. This was the best one we’ve stayed at so far. Plenty of room for hanging out and sleeping and it was very clean. The rooftop deck was perfect for hanging out or playing games any time of day. You can hear the music from several neighboring restaurants up there and you can see the fireworks from up there! Karen was way to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great weather, perfect location, friendly and responsive hosts, and super clean and spacious condo. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation spot
This was our second year at pearls on perkins and again it didnt disappoint. Amazing location, clean, and perfect for our family of 4. Can't recommend this enough!!!

Pearls on Perkins was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what our family needed! The description is exactly what you get. The unit was roomy and very comfortable. The owners were so helpful and communicated well.

Perfect Spot for the Hampton Beach Experience
The space was perfect. Super nice and very spacious and included everything you could ever need. A stones throw from some great bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay at this property again, we loved it!

Great Space and Location
We had a wonderful time! The Perkins Ave place was perfect for our quick family trip and is in a great location to walk to almost everything we did. Overall we were super impressed with how clean and spacious the unit was for our stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend others to book this space!

New Adventures!
The host was absolutely amazing to work with! Beautiful condo close to the beach and within walking distance of great dining, shops & fun things for everyone to enjoy. Very family friendly atmosphere & would love to come back!! Til next time Hampton Beach!!!!

Fabulous
Love the condo. Great location. Karen is a great host. Very easy to work with. The roof top deck was very cozy when the east wind was blowing on the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.
