I enjoyed staying at the condo. It is on the first floor which gives you a bit of street noise while windows are open or while on the patio. But other than that, there where no neighbors noise at all.
They went above and beyond with supplies for your stay. From beach towels, tooth brushes, extra TP, paper towels, ziplock bags, everything you could possibly need, they had it! I have stayed in many places and this was the 1st that was that well stocked.
The bed was very comfortable.
Unit was clean.
I would make a couple of suggestions. Instructions for the heat/ac where not in the welcome book but rather in a drawer. The information for the “tunnel” (tunnel to the street from the parking lot) was not given but found out by a neighbor. The ice maker is not hooked up. I found out the hard way after making a drink. There were ice trays (empty) in the fridge. I brought ground coffee but when opening the Keurig, the fillable holder was not there. I went out and bought the individual coffee pods only to find the fillable one in a cabinet later. I’d put in in the maker for the next person.
Other than those minor changes, I wouldn’t change a thing.
It was a pleasure renting from them. They were very responsive and quickly responded about the heat/ac unit instructions.
