Great get away weekend with hubby and friends
This place was perfect! Great location and in walking distance to pubs and beach. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated and just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable,Comfy,Clean
This home was very comfortable for 6 people with room to spare, rooms were a good size,the home was very clean,with beautiful details, a short walk to everthing,Brian was a great host,very accommodating,easy to reach and very prompt to answer questions, I would not hesitate to rent from him again, great experience!!

Perfect location and as advertised.
The location was a short walk to the beach and on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable, air and appliances worked perfectly.

Location to Main Street was great, but zero privacy
It was clean and close to everything. Biggest downfall for us was having to bring all our own towels, linens and pillows. I’ve never had to do that before and I’ve rented many vacation homes. It was a lot more to pack, travel with and worry about from making the beds to stripping them. Location to all major restaurants and beach was near by and easy. Units were very close to each other and parking was difficult and very tight. Very little privacy between units. Owners were very responsive & attentive and It was very clean.

Love Hampton Beach!
Beautiful property and great location. Quick walk to beach or arcades and shops. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere. Can't wait for next year!

Great rental!
Great experience. Beautiful, modern living space close to the beach with all the comforts of home. Close to everything you need or want from a Hampton beach cottage. Nice and responsive owners. We had a great experience and recommend this rental.

Very enjoyable
Very nice, updated and clean unit. Appeared just as described. Very happy with our stay. My only suggestion would be due to the limited upper cabinet space in the kitchen to maybe put a pantry type cabinet outside the bathroom area. There's a perfect spot for one. Otherwise love the house would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again. Thank you Brian!!
