The neighborhood was quiet allowing for a peaceful and relaxing break from the activity and noise of the boulevard.

Our stay was wonderful and we had a week of fantastic weather to boot!! This home is in such a peaceful area but close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hampton Beach. Great location with a short drive to Portsmouth NH and Kittery ME!! Great yard for our two doggies as well!! Plenty of amenities!! My communication with the homeowner was wonderful and he answered all my questions promptly!! I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful home..thank you for opening your home to us!!!

Fun and relaxed family home .

The house is all we could ask for! Everyone on the street is so friendly. Close enough to all the activities but very quiet and private. House is super clean and comfortable Will definitely go back again!

We had such a lovely one week stay at your home! The hosts are very responsive and nice! The house was fully stocked with every item you could possibly need! The marsh views are amazing and that lawn/hammock was so inviting for everyone in our party! Everytime I looked out any window in the home there were the most adorable wild bunnies on the lawn .... it was so peaceful..... and all the birds were just so lovely! The fire pit was so wonderful on chilly evenings! The Front porch and upper deck were so relaxing for morning coffee! Close to everything we went to Ogunquit and Newburyport and walked to the beach everyday! Wish i could have stayed for months! One little suggestion would be to maybe add a pair of binoculars to view the birds and marsh a little closer! Thanks again for a great stay and thank you for renting your home for all to enjoy!

What a joy to stay at this property! A peaceful, quiet home, with a screened in front porch, and a lovely backyard to watch the birds and gather around a fire pit. My husband, myself and two dogs enjoyed every minute . Would definitely recommend, and can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time. This house is so convenient to everything! The back yard is an oasis where we spent many hours watching the birds, rabbits and tides. We walked to and on the boardwalk each morning. I love this time of year! Empty beaches and very quiet. Great seafood was enjoyed as well. Our dog was very comfortable and ALL of the neighbors were very friendly. We highly recommend this house and area. The house was very clean when we arrived and would have had to been brand new for a 5 star rating. It is a beach house after all. All of the appliances were clean and worked great. The kitchen is well stocked. The linens and towels provided is a big plus. We would definitely return. Thanks so much for letting us use your home for the week!

As a family with two little ones, and a dog, we loved this property. The dog loved the dog bed, and our boys had so much fun on the property. Being able to stay at the house without the boys going stir-crazy was essential, as we underestimated how exhausted they would get from days at the beach. It was wonderful to take a break from the beach, play in the yard, or relax and watch a movie. We'd love to come back again!

This vacation was the most peaceful vacation we have had in years. The location was quiet and the house allow our teenagers to have their own space. The amenities listed were helpful. We can't wait to vacation there next year.
