We stayed in this property last year and enjoyed ourselves so much we came back again! This year we were able to see the Wednesday night fireworks from the house. It’s a great location-close enough to the beach but quiet enough to get away. The hammock was enjoyable to relax in and we enjoyed playing in the spacious yard with our daughter.

Our family had a great time the location was perfect. The home was clean and updated. Enjoyed the backyard and the neighborhood beach. The kids were able to swim and catch many hermit crabs which were released immediately.

This was a great place to stay. Close enough to walk to the beach and activities but far enough away to have peace and quiet. The place was clean and comfortable. Had a nice yard which is a hard thing to find in the area, lots of bunny rabbits, my grand daughter spent almost every day trying to catch a bunny. Nice views of the marsh and harbor. I would stay there again.

My family stayed here the week of Memorial day. We couldn't have asked for a better location. So peaceful and serene. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach which was great. Waking up to the birds chatting and singing to each other was a bonus. Our dog enjoyed spotting the bunnies that came through the yard various times throughout the day. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. At night we would sit around the fire and watch the sunset close in on a wonderful day. The hammock was a great spot for an afternoon nap. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly but not intrusive. All in all a great vacation and we look forward to staying here again.

We could not have been happier in this beautiful home! Perfect location for a relaxing week! Sparkling clean and had all the homey touches we needed. Loved watching the birds and bunnies and the neighbors were so friendly. It was a pleasure meeting Bruce, the owner. Private beach only steps away was perfect for us and our Pup, Ziggy, learned how to swim. Already planning our next year vacation!!

Great and relaxing stay! Our dogs loved it. Comfortable sleep number bed in the master. We utilized the fire pit a few nights; We brought our own firewood but some was provided in the closet in the kitchen. Tv in living room and master had Netflix which was a plus. Great area to walk our dogs and even went on a run along the beach that’s pretty much down the street. Scenic walk. For dog owners, we frequently visited the Henderson-swasey town forest which was about 15 min away and walked the green trail with our dogs. Owner Bruce was very responsive. Overall great stay, would definitely stay here again!

The property was as listed. In a quiet, residential location close enough to the beach, but secluded enough to be extremely peaceful. Bruce was excellent in his communication with us thru the whole reservation and reacted extremely promptly to our one call. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Awesome location centrally located to many great spots on the NH coast. Property was on a back road in Hampton. It was a very quiet and peaceful location but super close to msin Beach. House was immaculate. Great views of marsh and harbor from house. Loved our time there.

Located just a half mile from all the Hampton Beach action this property provides ready access to the Ocean as well as numerous eateries, novelties, and shops. We found the salt marsh setting to be quiet yet spectacular with wonderful sunsets and marsh riverlet views. On our second day there we booked two more weeks for next June. We also enjoyed using the fire pit on numerous evenings. We're looking forward to returning next year. Bruce and Jessie were wonderful hosts!!

This place is fabulous. It's quiet, clean, comfortable and has a beautiful yard. It's close enough to the 'action' of Hampton Beach but far enough away for some solitude and quiet. The views out to the marsh are stunning. Great screen porch for a good book or afternoon nap and a fire pit for nighttime s'mores and great conversation. Owners are attentive to inquiries but not intrusive. A shout out to the woman who cleans the place. Thanks for a great week.
