Stay at Hampton Beach rental property
Love that they changed futon to sleeper couch. Great place to stay! Look forward to it for my family every year.

My Favorite place on the beach
Stayed with my family for the week. The place was clean and perfect for my whole family. The accommodations were perfect. We will definitely stay again

Great location Nice place
Great location at the beach. Minutes from everything. Especially enjoyed the back yard for the little kids. Also came equipped with some sand toys and chairs.

Great property
Property was in a very convenient location. It also included all the essentials you’d need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for seating inside the house as well. Only suggestion I’d give for it is to upgrade the mattresses in bedrooms. The kids were not bothered by them but the adults all found them uncomfortable. The owners seemed very nice in the brief communications we had with them.

The property is well maintained with the exception of the bathroom...it is full of mold!
Guests should be told the bathroom is on the main floor and ALL bedrooms are on the second floor. also...the bathroom is in need of a serious cleaning/update. Mold is all around/in the tub, filling the floor corners near the tub. The owners were available when needed, ample parking and friendly neighbors.

Wonderful Vacation
We have rented vacation cottages for over 20 years. I can say, without a doubt, that this was the best one ever. The home was clean and had all of the amenities promised. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with. Our in-laws rented a home a few doors down and their experience was the total opposite. I am so thankful that we rented this one. Best vacation! Thank you!

Great house, location, and managers
The house is spacious and very family friendly. Great for entertaining and being there when you are NOT able to be at the beach. The owners are great to work with and I am proud to become a "regular" renter.
