Prime Location!
The house is so close to the beach & strip, it’s extremely clean & comfortable. Living area & dining are larger then pictures make it look. The backyard space is absolutely perfect for relaxing, grilling & eating.

Girls Trip
We came for a 3 night girls trip and the property was even better then expected. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us. Bed rooms were a good size and back yard was a really nice place to hang out with plenty of seating. Location is also a huge plus, was a few minute walk right to beach and all the local attractions. Can’t wait to rent again.

Cottage review.
Very nice cottage, clean, and had plenty of room. Good location close to beach. Loved the outdoor space as well. Would definitely go back again.

Great location!
A group of friends stayed here for a week in August. The house was adequate, the weather was great so the backyard was a nice spot to hangout. The living room is very large and open for rainy days inside. The location was amazing! There was a small issue with plumbing. The owner was very responsive!! The only negative was 1 bathroom but that is known when renting. Thank you for a nice week in your home.

Great loation and set up for larger families
Property was perfect in terms of sleeping space and location. Only comment is that having only 1 full bathroom for the up to 8 people this listing states is difficult. Property could easily seep more then 8, but even if just 4 or 5, having another half bath or even an outdoor shower would have been nice. Other then that minor suggestion, everything about this property makes me want to rent regularly.

Awesome getaway!
The owners are easy to communicate with and have thought of everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The check-in was seamless and the house was very clean upon arrival. Of course, the one bathroom is not ideal, but we made it work. It's a small negative amongst the many positives that this place offers. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!

Mini vacation
My family stay for 3 nights. It was perfect short walk to beach and restaurants. Great backyard for grilling and hanging out.
