Great small family vaca, loved to be able to walk every where

Barbecue grill almost out of gas. Air conditioning hard to control. Loved the washer and dryer.

Served its purpose.

When we walked into the cottage house was clean, definitely needs more AC's in unit. the main one kept shutting on and off. the beds were not comfortable at all the main bedroom the mattress was very uncomfortable, the other mattresses were very hard to sleep on. The kitchen needs new pots and pans (the ones provided were very old and had scratches on them) The location was great though. right near everything. We had a great time just wish it would have been cooler and the mattresses should be newer.

Ok. experience but cottage does need some things. Twin beds are very wobbly and do not feel safe. , door to that room sticks badly and tough to open door to room once closed. Floors are in definite need of rehab as they are damaged, a/Cs work ok. Damaged fridge that looks like crap because of huge dent, should have garbage disposal, shower hot is actually cold and cold is hot, mattress in large bedroom is absolutely terrible as it has a huge sunk in area in the middle. The Pull out sofa bed mattress is terrible , all the dresser drawers stick badly and open crooked , and outdoor railing to walk up the stairs to cottage is very wobbly and not Secure.

The house was a good size for the beach and not far from the ocean or boardwalk. However the house was not clean. And there were a few things that can be considered dangerous! The pictures online of the cottage are not updated.

Arrived and unit was not clean and one bedroom closet stunk of urine. Could not sleep in it. “Patio” listed full of bird poop. Comforters smelled on beds and one bed has urine stains on mattress pad. Photos on site very deceiving. Only positive is a close walk to the beach. Would not stay here again:

This was a great property for what we needed. They allowed pets and the price was reasonable. Super easy check-in and immediate response from management when we had a question. Very clean and supplied everything we needed as described. The cottage was better than I expected, pictures on line do not do this little gem justice. We stayed for 2 nights and hoping to book for a longer stay next summer!
