The property was spacious and clean! We had access to beach chairs/towels/toys. Property very quiet and centrally located. There were enough pots/pans and dishes/silverware/glassware-the only thing missing were mixing bowls. We will definitely stay at this property again! The property owner/mgr. was extremely quick to respond and very thoughtful in her responses.

Beautiful clean condo with outstanding ocean views. Secure and quiet. Host was friendly, accommodating and very careful to meet any need. During my forty years of renting in Hampton Beach, this condo was by far the best.

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our time in this condo. It was as advertised - spacious, immaculate , great terrace view and a very relaxing atmosphere. We didn't even feel the need to leave the unit except for going to the beach...everything we needed was accounted for. It was exactly what we had hoped for to be able to destress and recharge. Mary, the owner, was very accessible, accommodating and gracious. Just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!

HAD A GREAT TIME, GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL VIEW. WAS WORRIED BECAUSE OF COVID BUT PEOPLE WERE RESPECTFUL AND IT WAS LESS CROWDED SINCE THE STREET WAS CLOSED OFF FROM TRAFFIC. WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN.

Accommodations were immaculate when we arrived. The unit is spacious and inviting with a fantastic view. Could not have stayed at a better place on the beach

I love this condo. Its clean and open and spacious and bright and welcoming! I wish it was mine! I wish I was still there :-) I look forward to coming back every year!
