I had my bridal shower/bachelorette party and it was absolutely beautiful. ❤

When we first pulled up to the property I was like oh no, because the outside "curb appeal" left little to be desired but when we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised with the updates and how the house was laid out. We had zero communication with the owner prior to our arrival (not a negative it was totally fine) and I honestly didn't know what to expect so we were pleasantly surprised to find the beds made and towels. The laundry was a huge convenience. Close to a lot of what Hampton has to offer which was a bonus. The beds weren't super comfortable but they were what they were. I would recommend a little more detail on the listing to explain what the house does/does not offer. There's no A/C but they do have fans. We would rent again for sure! I wish there was a bit more of a nicer yard with a firepit to hang out in but we had friends staying near there so we wound up hanging at their house most of the time, but would have liked to have more of the outside to utilize.

The property was clean and as advertised and expected. The smoke detectors had all been removed though. I tried before our stay and when we arrived at the property to reach the property manager with no luck and no return call or email. Had trouble finding the key, but eventually found it. There was a portable AC there and a charcoal BBQ grill. Walking distance was great to the beach and restaurants.

The house was clean and quiet with a Convenient location. The beds were a little hard for all of us and but we had a great time. They have a portable a/c unit that worked well enough for June but could not cool the whole house. Property owner was unresponsive to questions we had prior to our arrival.

Close to beach, restaurants & shops. Nice place to stay but very noisy. Kitchen cabinets could be cleaner & bathroom more well stocked with towels, paper products & cleaners. Wood for fire pit not included. Description of beds is unclear. There is one queen in one bedroom, one king in another and one twin & a bunk bed with 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom & a pull out couch in the living room.

Rented for a weekend and it was perfect for our needs.

This house definitely met my expectations. When arriving, I was pleased to find out that the pictures don't even do justice! The house was very clean and very spacious. This stay was perfect for my group and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Paul!
