We all (seven at 50+, two at 23+ and two at 6+) had a wonderful time! Spotless house and absolute great location, so glad we found this!!

Location location location!!! Love the house and parking and distance to beach and restaurants!!

We chose this location to be able to visit southern Maine and Boston. We were able to experience so much more staying here in Hampton Beach. The beach is steps away and we also got to explore Applecrest Farms to pick apples and grab a pumpkin and even shop for groceries for our dinner. Southern Maine was lovely and we drove up to Portland, Kennebunk - our favorite experience was going out on a boat to catch lobsters in Wells, Maine. We were able to spend a day in Boston, but we could have spent much more time there. Overall, the house was well supplied - please note that there is an unfinished basement where one of the bedrooms is located, and one is in a large upstairs additional suite. The kitchen could use some extra pot holders, but otherwise was well stocked. I would recommend this beautiful house.

Great location to beach and restaurants Sunny back deck was great

A perfect long weekend. We happened to book during a horrible weather weekend but having the house saved the day for our small family reunion. Eight of us stayed at the house and it gave us room to spread out and still have some privacy. And when the ugly weather messed up plans we were able to have 8 others come and hang out for the evening very comfortably. The owners were also very accommodating and easy to work with.

We had one of the best spots on the beach! It is far enough down from the busy part of Hampton Beach that the beach was sparse with people and even empty on the days below 80. We walked to the boardwalk to explore and drive to a few restaurants within a few minutes from the property. We fit 3 cars in the parking space and the property was stocked with all necessity’s. The owners thought of all the important details and did a wonderful job responding in a pleasant helpful manner when we had an issue with getting the grill to light. There is also a back deck that is large and seats about 12 people at a large table. We hope to make this a yearly trip to the beach house!

Booked on a whim and so glad we did. The location was perfect for the kids. They could walk back and forth form the beach to the house safely as it is on a dead end street. Cottage was clean and had so many places to lounge—covered front porch, back deck with long tables/umbrellas, 2 front sitting rooms, basement area good for kids and plenty of beds/futons for guests. Owners were great and easy to get in touch with. Made for a relaxing, easy beach front vacation. Would definitely rent again.
