Check out this cute cottage in the very desirable “Island Section” of Hampton Beach. This is a two bedroom cottage (one double bed in each bedroom) which is just steps (175 yards/ 3 min walk) from the smooth white sand beach - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! Enjoy a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free concerts at the new Seashell stage and FIREWORKS every week during the high season!!! It has a gas grill and picnic table in the shared back yard. There is a front porch perfect for relaxing and a small back deck as well. Just bring your linens and paper goods, and enjoy the beautiful beach. We even provide a beach umbrella, beach buggy and beach chairs! Free Wi-Fi included! NO SMOKING or tobacco use of any kind (and NO 'vape' or e-cigarettes either) are allowed anywhere on the premises including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. We live next door. Parking for ONE car in the yard.  We are pet friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and fully vaccinated dog ($150 per week Pet Fee will apply). Enjoy easy walking to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, fishing, whale watching, mini-golf, arcades and more. Come join the fun!More

Dog must be vaccinated. NO SMOKING! You must be willing to leave the cottage CLEAN and there must be NO damage to receive your $500 Cleaning & Security Deposit back. A professional company will sanitize the cottage between tenants. We live in the cottage next door so please be respectful. Parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY!

Spent most of my week on the adorable little front porch, relaxing on a rocking chair and smelling the fresh sea air while enjoying a good coffee from the neighborhood shop and a new book. The beach is a short walk down the street, which my son loved, and the best part was being able to bring my dog! Vacations are always better when the whole family can join in the fun!

The Aime Up is a great little cottage. Had all the amenities that we needed. Very clean and cozy. Great beds. Nice deck with 2 rockers. Owners are very nice and very accommodating. I’d rent again!

Great vacation perfect size for what we needed owners were very friendly and the rental was well equipped nice back yard for grilling and hanging around at night after a long day on the beach

This was a perfect little cottage for our "mini-honeymoon". We were looking for a quiet place that was close to the beach and boardwalk and this was it! Clean, bright and conveniently located to everything. We were able to bring our well-behaved yellow lab as well. The walk to the beach was on the street over the dunes and not right next to the state beach which was perfect and less crowded. Lynn was very nice and accommodating as her place is next door. The property manager is in the unit below so if you need anything they are there for you. We are very happy with our decision to rent this location!

We were greated by the friendly property managers and neighbors. The unit was perfect location, literally minutes from the beach or a night on the town. We literally parked on Friday and did not have to move until we left on Monday. Cute,clean,quiet. Perfect for a romantic getaway! We plan on returning again soon.

It was just a short walk to lobster rolls and nightly entertainment, which was great for unwinding at the end of the night after a tough day at the beach! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly people and a wonderful atmosphere. It was fantastic to be able to see the Wednesday night fireworks from my back deck! The cottage was comfortable and I felt like I was right at home. Lots of amenities, like aC, cable, and wireless internet!

Very comfortable, friendly, family run cottages. Close to beach and very willing to please and make your stay comfy and pleasant! Great cooking area and large fridge a plus! Parking is very good! I will continue to stay there yearly!

About the neighbourhood
Our cottages are located in the quieter 'Island Section' of Hampton Beach on Dover Ave. This is the second little street on the right (towards the ocean) after crossing over the bridge from Seabrook into Hampton on Rt 1A. This is not oceanfront property - but the cottage is only approximately 175 yards away from the beach. You do not need to cross busy Ocean Blvd to get to the beach. There are about 9 cottages (only 175 yards) between us and the sand dune at the end of our little street It is an easy 2 or 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach!
Getting around
Car recommended if you want to check out the scenic New Hampshire coast, Portsmouth or southern Maine.
