My wife and two friends came up to visit me while I was working in Portsmouth for the holidays along with our dog. This place was a great value for our group and is very pet friendly (they leave treats for guest's dogs). The bedrooms and bathroom were on the smaller side, but overall a nice stay for a week.

This was a great place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving while visiting our daughter in the Coast Guard. The home was warm and well-appointed - and we were able to whip up a pretty decent feast in our host kitchen. The neighborhood is friendly and the quick walk to the beach is worth it.

This place is amazing! So clean and has everything you could ever need when your on vacation! It a home away from home feeling!! We didn’t want to leave at all! We will be back to stay again in this cozy home! Linda and Bill got right back to me, when I needed them. This is a must stay!!

Traveling alone I felt very safe in the cottage. Great location. Close to the beach within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Linda has everything needed to enjoy your stay from small appliances to shampoo, conditioner, saves a lot of shopping. Thank you Linda.

This beach house is exceptionally well equipped, centrally located, great parking and as cute and comfortable as can be. The landlord was totally on it when we accidently locked ourselves out. Be sure to journey to the end of the road to watch the sunset over the marsh and harbor.. We'll definitely stay there again when we travel to Hampton Beach.

My husband & I had a wedding to attend in New England earlier this month and we decided to make a little road trip out of it with our two medium sized dogs, which meant we needed to find a pet friendly house to rent. We happily came across Linda's house in Hampton Beach! It was perfect for us, a quiet neighborhood, but easy walking distance to town and the beach. And we loved being able to walk our dogs along the quiet marsh road. Being on a long distance road trip, we had everything but the kitchen sink with us (no joke!), but the house has everything you could possibly need, including some thoughtful extra touches such as tea and coffee, and shampoo, conditioner, soaps. And Linda was so sweet as to leave extra dog treats in the cow cookie jar for Kai & Coqui, which they of course loved! Having a washer and dryer was definitely useful, too. Linda is lovely and a delight to communicate with, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. It was the perfect home base for us as we explored the surrounding area with our dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Linda and Bill's. The house was well equipped with what we needed and even more! The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood and neighbors were so friendly. What a perfect spot near the marsh and just a few quick blocks to the beach. Our pup Max enjoyed every moment. Perfect end to the summer in a great beach house! We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Linda and Bill’s beach house. The house was well equipped, clean, cute and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults appreciated the extras, like the central AC on the hot nights! We loved that we were able to travel with our dog. The location was perfect - close enough for a quick walk to the beach while still being in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking the dog. Linda and Bill were beyond accommodating, which made our vacation extra special.

This was the best beach house we have rented. Linda was helpful and friendly when answering questions. The house was adorable and super clean. We appreciated the little extras like shampoo, fluffy towels, a well appointed kitchen and of course the outdoor refrigerator was top notch. The grandkids loved the scooters and basket of little animals. We absolutely loved being in a quiet family neighborhood yet it was a simple walk to all the beach fun.
