I thought we would be miles from the beach, we were a few hundred yards. My friends in the area ended up knowing exactly where I was, they said it was a well known neighborhood and that I booked a great location. They were right. It was so quiet and both the house and yard were spacious and relaxing. The (very clean) pool and hottub were a hit with the kids and the layout of the home made it feel larger than it looks online. A huge hit for me was the washer and dryer. They're better than the ones I have at home and they were used daily, but that's just me. Overall, I highly recommend the home and we will be back next year.

My family had such a wonderful stay at Sandra and Joe's place! We had everything we needed, and the kids were thrilled with the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was just as advertised, and we enjoyed splitting our time between the waves and the pool. The backyard is perfect for quiet coffees in the morning and evening BBQs. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We did have a few issues with the hot tub, but Sandra and Joe were very quick to respond to any inquiries!

The property was "as advertised". Clean and cozy with a nice yard for our girls. A nice area to walk around and close to major sites and attractions. We had a great time.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to North Beach, but also just a short drive to the main attractions downtown. If you choose to walk to North Beach, just make sure you check the high tide schedule first because there is no beach access when it comes in. We made that mistake once, but got a good laugh out of it, lol. Parking was easy to find and very low cost, however our visit was during the week, so that may not be true during a busy weekend. Our dog also loved this property, plenty of room to throw his frisbee in the fenced in back yard. Great communication with the owners as well. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

We choose to do a long weekend with another couple and the property was absolutely wonderful. It truly was a close walk to the beach and had great amenities. Many kitchen supplies we didn’t think to bring to cook were readily available and everything was very clean and organized. Highly recommend for a get away that’s peaceful and very relaxing.

Overall I would rate this location and experience at three. Communication was hit or miss, it could’ve been better if all of the details were in the app instead of in a separate platform to access the door key. The items that were listed as amenities were not available such as the pool, the fire pit, the hot tub. There was evidence of mice underneath of the sink and we saw one. The host was kind enough to offer us a partial refund when notified. However, we were already there settled in and had paid for food and used the whole day to pack and unpack for the visit. We did end up going home a day early and on check out did not receive any communication back from the host when we notified them of our departure. The location was perfect and the house was cute as a button.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and comfortable, airy and cozy at the same time. The hosts were accommodating and communicable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
