Just about a perfect week
Perfect location just yards to the beach. Clean and plenty of room for the family. Owner was readily available online to answer any questions immediately. Easy in and out and property had everything we needed plus a nice array of extras for the beach. Highly recommend this property .

Amazing!
This house was right across from the beach. The property was beautiful and clean. The owners of the property were super sweet and easy to work with if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

GREAT FAMILY BEACH REUNION
Clean, well furnished property - location very nice - relatively quiet in evenings - upper deck with fire pit a definite plus. Close to food venders and convenience stores. Two separate HVAC systems a plus in very warm weather.

Home away from home…
An absolute gem of a home! Our family has been waiting 2 years for this vacation to finally happen (thank you pandemic!). It was worth every second of the wait. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that Larissa and Steven wanted to create a space that would feel like a home away from home. We wanted for nothing. Some highlights: literally steps to the beach, watching the fireworks from the top balcony, just the perfect distance to the shops (without all the noise). By far the best accommodations we have experienced while visiting Hampton Beach (our family has been coming for many years now). Many thanks for a comfortable, relaxing and well equipped stay. We will look forward to hopefully planning another vacation in this beautiful home!

Mini vacation
The house was just perfect! Such a great location and very clean. Parking was a bit of a drag with three cars and only one spot. Plan on an extra $50 for parking! I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay on. Hampton beach.

Life Celebration
Loved this place. Wish it had been less windy Would’ve loved to try out the deck & fire pit on 2nd floor. Just very nice overall.
