Great location ,The house was clean and comfortable for four of us. We thoroughly enjoy our visit.

The minute I stepped through the door it felt like I was home. Someone said that perfection was unobtainable, well, someone was wrong! The house was spacious, updated and modern with the feel and charm of an older home. All of the creature comforts you could ever want! The location is perfect as well. Short distance from boardwalk, restaurants, shops with a convenience store a block away. I cannot wait to get back to Hampton Beach! Even if the weather outside is frightful (while we were there, we experienced a coastal nor' easter) being "stuck" in Larissa's house was not being stuck at all. My 14-year-old daughter had more fun exploring the house opening drawers, closets and cabinets! Thank you, Larissa, for sharing your home with all of us! We appreciate you!

The house is in a perfect location, just a little north of the main beach. Still a quick walk to get to the Casino Ballroom, shops, restaurants etc. There is a convenience store a block away if you forgot something. You are close to a Zebra crosswalk for safe street crossing to access the beach. The deck on the second floor was awesome with its table top fire pit. The grill was massive. A truly wonderful rental house.

Beautiful home right next to the beach and within walking distance of the downtown area. Could watch the fireworks from the deck.

This place was great! House was recently updated - modern and clean. Multiple areas for family members to have their own space as needed. Across from the beach and down the street from restaurants and beachy tourist shops. We didn't want to eat indoors at restaurants due to our too young to be vaccinated children so we were happy to be able to have the kitchen for breakfasts and lunches and indoor and outdoor seating options for when we picked up take out. We had one parking spot our vehicle and our friends, who were staying down the road, were easily able to stop by as there is a sidewalk all along the beach to walk and paid parking right by the house (between the Northbound and Southbound 1A). There were plenty of towels and extra soaps, lotions, etc in case we needed to supplement what we brought. All the TV's were set up to use streaming services so we could log in with our own (but be sure to log back out!). Entry was keyless - digital code - which was an excellent way to manage it, especially, during this pandemic. Larissa was quick to answer any and all of our questions. The only thing to note is that we thought there was going to be an outdoor shower, or at least a way to rinse feet, but the access to where we thought the shower would be was blocked. We, inevitably, walked in more sand than was ideal, since we didn't have a good way to rinse before going in. Overall a really great rental. Glad to have found it!

We’ve never rented for a month but after the 1st week it was truly a home away from home . Great location and the Deck has a Million Dollar view! Best Time 😊

This was my wife and my second stay here. We previously stayed for a freezing cold weekend in January, it was beautiful and the emptiness was serene. Our current booking towards the end of May was amazing. The house was immaculate and ready for us to enjoy the closest you can get to the best end of the sandy beach. The balcony with a fire pit is where we spent the majority of our trip. Comfortable enough to catch a nap on and wake up to the beautiful ocean waves closely crashing. I can’t recommend this place enough. We actually invited Larissa and her family over for a get together and it’s great to have had a chance to put a face to the charming personality we were greeted with upon our booking and during our stay.

We were looking to have a family vacation by the beach close to our home in Merrimac MA. Our search led us to venues from Plum Island to Hampton Beach. We chose this house at 349 Ocean Blvd in Hampton Beach and we were so glad we did! It was perfect as our son and daughter-in-law and 2 year old grandson flew in from Colorado. Our daughter drove up from South Boston and our family was together for the first time in awhile. The weather cooperated nicely with tons of sunshine. The convenience to the beach could not have been better. The house was super comfy, clean and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. We all left commenting how we would love to return in the future. Our host was easy to communicate with if needed. If you are looking for the perfect beach vacation don’t hesitate to select this house you will be glad you did!

The property is easy to find and is ocean front. It is very clean and has everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated, beachy but not over the top. The fire pit on the upper deck is great at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the property again.

You can’t get closer to the beach! Near the shops etc, but not right in the middle of the daytime chaos. Immaculate and beautiful home with all the amenities one might need including a private upstairs deck off the master bedroom upstairs. Downstairs bedroom like a second master with own full bath, fridge and microwave and another patio outside a private door. Great for family with space to be together or grab some alone time! Fantastic and immediate communication from Larissa, excellent stay!!
