Stayed the weekend here with my two teenage daughters. Was a nice place and well appointed, as expected from the listing. Only a couple small things could have made the stay even better - there was no place in the house to hang clothes (all the closets had their hanging bars removed / not present), and there was no soap (hand or otherwise) in the house except for the kitchen sink. Would recommend this place to pretty much anyone (assuming you are ok with the live music at night from the venues nearby).

We were super happy with how responsive Terry was to all of our questions and needs. The house was immaculate and accommodated 4 couples with plenty of space. The house has all the amenities that one could need. It is perfectly located near all of our favorite bars/restaurants. One block walk to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay here at “the pink house”! Prime location, clean and in the mix of all the fun!! Walking distance from the beach and next to one of the best restaurants on the beach- “the Goat” also across the street from the best coffee and breakfast spot, the green room. This hoise was perfect for my family of 5 and my sisters family of 5- the kids loved being able to ride their skateboards around and we loved the entertainment/ karaokeat night at L st. tavern amd the live music from next door was nice because we could just sit out in the porch and listen and have our own drinks at the house! We def. Enjoyed our stay here!!

This rental exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect from initial reservation through check out and the owner, Terry, was very hands-on, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. The house has been completely redone and the inside is beautiful and extremely clean. New AC units blast ice cold which was awesome on the 90 degree days. I was very surprised at all the ‘extras’ that were available in the space. From towels, bed linens (which were amazing!) paper towels, detergents, to salt and pepper! This house is in the center of the tavern area, so plan on listening to great live music and people watching on the front porch. Would definitely recommend and will be going again. Thanks Terry!

Great property… close to everything. Very clean, beds and linens so comfortable! Noise level wasn’t bad at all for area the house is located.

Terry was a great host. House was beyond amazing inside and was more than spacious for six adults (17-77yo). Front deck was great for people watching and listening to some live music at the goat! Perfect location if you like being in the mix a bit. Only issue — we wish we stayed longer!
