Property as described and shown. Sumathi was always responsive to communication quickly. No real issues. We had trouble figuring out how to lock the back door then saw the sign on the wall explaining it. Location is perfect. Cleanliness was good. Would recommend to others. Thank you Sumathi!

Very clean , steps to the beach!

Hard to beat this location AND the space is gorgeous! We’ve been coming to Hampton Beach for 25+ years and this is our favorite accommodation to date!! Such wonderful thoughtful touches that not a lot of hosts offer. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend

We had such a great stay at this condo! Six stars, no issues what so ever. We had to put the heat on for the first time of the season and the owners were available to help get it all set up. Clean, new, perfectly appointed. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Beach. The condo was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. The location couldn’t be more perfect.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the beach. The condo was exactly as listed. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities you would need. Loved the view from the balcony. The location is great, just far enough from the busiest part of the strip but close enough to walk to everything. Sumathi was very responsive when we had questions. Would totally come back! Jenn R.

We stayed for Seafood Festival with our grandchildren and their parents. Location was perfect. View breath taking. Condo large and spacious and quiet. Would recommend snd probably will re- book. Host was very informative and responsive

I stayed with my family (4 of us and 2 kids age 5 or under). We loved the condo, there was everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and the condo is very clean and beautiful. The beach was right across the street and we were in walking distance to everything. The sound proofing must be very good, since we didn’t hear much from of the busy street when we were inside. We loved the ocean front deck and spent many nights enjoying a drink on it. They do the fireworks right across the street so we had the best view from the porch. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay and had a great vacation. Instructions were excellent and appreciated for check in/ check out. Your place is beautiful. I wanted to let you know the room was very very clean when we moved in. Not sure if you use a cleaning service, but in the past when we have rented from others, I normally had to spend a lot of time cleaning when we checked in. Everything was spotless and I only wiped things down for my own peace of mind, not because it was needed. Also wanted to let you know that the front door sticks a lot and have to really push hard to open and close. We were fine with it, but in case you weren’t aware. Thank you for hosting us! We had a great time and appreciate it!

With out a doubt one of the best places we have ever stayed. The attention to the smallest detail was most definitely noticed. Would recommend this to all and if we could give it more than 5 stars we most certainly would.
