Excellent location, property, access to beach, other sites in area, food shops, biking, all superior in every way. central location gives you north and southbound access with ease. The front part of property overlooks a yard with two somewhat run down properties to either side of a grass lot, however beyond are smart looking beach houses, and a 3 degree view of the ocean further on between to further homes. Very quiet street only renters on area. The grill, the garbage and recycle bin are well placed . The grill ran out of gas on last day, no biggie, kind neighbor said no problem dude, use my grill. Front of building has nice morning view, can hear ocean breakers. The back facing side of building overlooks salt marsh with nice tree line giving shade. Much bird life in back facing area, hawks, warblers, and yard birds. great sunset with egrets floating by a glowing gold sunset. Aircond in bldg excellent on hot days, full beach gear included, and high quality. welcoming decor not over done. plenty of porches for away time if needed. modern appliances all excellent. Will try to go back next year for sure.

Weather was great and we enjoyed Hampton beach and our rental very much. Sad to leave but will absolutely be back!

I grew up renting in center Hampton and it was loud, dirty and hot. George’s place was the opposite! With the central air for hot days, lots of sliders and windows to open to enjoy the sea breeze...it was a completely different experience. We booked last minute beside of COVID changing our yearly plans in Maine. We were a bit nervous or the location of this house on the northern end of Hampton. We knew the tides go up close to the sea wall at that end. However we enjoyed the ability to walk back to the house when the tides were coming in and have lunch or rest for a bit. The kids rented surfboards and wet suits and played in the fantastic waves for hours! If you have wanted to try surfing this is a great spot to do it! (Store up the street will take care of it all!) We boogie boarded on the boards George had at the house and brought a few of our own too! The beach chairs and towels at the house were new and great to use! The street it’s on is private so almost no drivers went by. The kids were able to skateboard and rollerblade right next to the house. The location was perfect for my husband to ride his bike on the beautiful NH coast! The porch roof was fun to use for ocean views and we grew fond of the porch off the kitchen. The kitchen had most of what we wanted and we made dinners at the house most nights since we had our four kids and some friends up each day. We would definitely stay again! George was really quick to text or email back with any questions we had. 😀�

George and his family were more than helpful even when I locked us out within 1/2 hour of arrival. Mentioned to George my family coming to celebrate my birthday and a happy birthday balloon waiting for me. Condo is as described, most anything you want is there (oh, George, except wine)! Great place to "beach it".

The location is great, the town home is excellent. Everything is there for you to totally enjoy the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the owners have thought of everything you might need. Plenty of towels and the ceiling fans in every room really make it very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this to everyone and look forward to staying here again.

Lovely spot by the ocean: spacious, clean and lots of outdoor space. Really appreciated all the beach towels and chairs so we did not need to pack. We hope to visit again someday!

The townhouse is expansive, unique, beautifully furnished and in one of the best locations in Hampton. The front of the house faces east and the back faces west so there are incredible sunset and sunrise views. Located just a block from the ocean the views from the 3rd floor deck are particularly amazing. The property is fully equipped with everything you can think of needing during your stay. A full array of amenities including premium TV channels, games, all kinds of beach toys etc. allows for a great stay rain or shine. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. It was relaxing, rejuvenating, peaceful and fun. It was all we could have hoped for and exceeded our expectations. You can see the pride of ownership in the cleanliness and in each detail of the property and its design. Most importantly the owner, George, was so nice and caring from our first contact throughout our stay and was immediately responsive if we had any questions. We highly recommend this property and hope to spend more time here in the future!!

Beautiful and cozy beach house equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. We have felt at home right away and would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Wygant's beach house. Hope to come here again.
