Holiday Rental House
Converted and recently renovated (2019) ground level basement studio apartment. The Studio has partial kitchenette area and full bathroom. This bright, spacious, and private area is fully equipped to meet any short stay needs (Sofabed, Coffee Table, TV with Streaming, Radio, Wifi, Large Closet, Dresser, Refridgerator, Microwave, Electric Kettle). There is also access to Washing Machine and Dryer (depending on length of stay) and limited access to a Common Space Deck Area. My wife and I use the 2 additional floors in our Mid-Century Modern home as our living space. We are present and available if need be, but not nosey.
