Although the owner tried to respond to our concerns, we did not feel that the house was ready for renters. Of especial concern was that there was no fence or gate around the pool, a major liability issue, unlockable balcony doors, and a permanently stuck open window. The shared bathroom on the second floor did not have a lock. Additional problems included, several broken light switches, weak Wi fi signal in parts of the house, TVs not properly connected. We caught 3 mice in traps provided after we saw a mouse on our first evening. We were not aware that we were sharing the property and the parking area with other people.
