Property listing exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and away from the crowds of Lake George. About 20 miles north of Bolton Landing. I highly recommend.

The house was charming and simple, many collected antiques with a lot of character. It had all that one needed and our host was very nice and always immediately contactable. Although the apartment was on the side not facing the lake, the patio, meaning right out your door, was directly on the lake and just great! Hague was a tiny and quiet town and we really felt like we found something special. The hiking trails in the area were fabulous. Well worth a vacation....Lake George cannot be beat.

You can’t beat this property for it’s location right on Lake George. We ate most of our meals sitting on the small lakeside dock in rapt-wonder of this most beautiful lake. The almost-full moon made the experience even more magical!

“Island View Vacation Home on Lake George” is a great place to stay for one or two people. Lots of room, and funky, eclectic decor. The owners have thought of everything and more! We saw the most amazing moonrise from the patio. The water is not deep for swimming, but we were able to put our kayak in and enjoy paddling out to the nearby islands. So serene and beautiful. Hague is a very small town with just a general store, and the nearest other store 10 miles away. We suggest bringing what you need with you! There is no night life in Hague, and that is why we like it. We highly recommend Island View!

Lovely stay in the charming little apartment. Owners gave us lots of info and were readily available for anything we needed. You can’t go wrong for the price!

My husband and I came to Hague for a wedding, and Sandy’s Island View apartment was perfect. Very convenient location within walking distance of the Trout House, where other wedding guests were staying. The apartment comes with a lakeside patio just a short walk away to the lake side of the house. We enjoyed relaxing here in between wedding festivities. Sandy has thought of everything anyone would need for a short stay in Hague. She is great with providing all the information needed for traveling to and staying in Hague. She checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We are already thinking of coming back to Hague and staying in the lakeside of the building. The views of Lake George are so beautiful.

We loved our first visit to Hague, and Sandy and Bruce’s Island View 2 apartment was the perfect place to stay for a few days and explore the area. The apartment had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking, and relaxing. Even though the apartment does not have a lake view, we just had to walk across the parking area to a private patio that literally hangs over the lake. The sunrises and moonrises were amazing. We liked being able to walk to explore the town beach, the really cool little general store, and the pretty waterfall. Sandy and Bruce are very friendly and always available with suggestions and to answer questions. We really liked that they communicated everything we needed to know prior to our stay. We will definitely consider coming back to explore more of the area.

Very comfortable, really cool bedroom and very clean. They had a nice kitchen set up with all the utensils I need to cook with. The deck is around the corner of the apartment takes seconds to get there. I will probably go back with family next time. Again, I absolutely loved everything about Lake George and staying in this apartment made it even more special. The host Sandra and her husband Bruce were also very nice!
