This was a wonderful camp-like experience with modern amenities. The house is nicely decorated with lots of old camp and lake items. The porch is a wonderful place to enjoy. The lake is within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it for a great place to enjoy and also as a jumping-off place for all the wonderful sites in the Adirondacks.

Enjoyed a week long visit with family. Very nice and comfortable cabin close to everything. Very well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed for a boating event on the lake. The location was ideal , close to the state park and two restaurants. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. Chilling on the screened porch after being in the sun all day was my groups favourite late afternoon activity.

The 5ish minute walk (with kiddos) to Sport Island beach was fantastic! The beach was well maintained and pretty quiet at all times during the (holiday) weekend. It was much appreciated that there were games and balls and whatnot that the kids could take down to the beach with them. Slight downside of the location is all of the late, late night traffic coming out of Sport Island. Communication from the owners ahead of the weekend was great. We never needed them, but I always felt that they were a simple text message away if we ever did. House was cute and well appointed. We enjoyed the weekend.

We had a wonderful time, clean, with plenty of room for all 8 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

This property was clean, well maintained and a great location. The house had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Super close to its own private beach, which was empty every time we visited. And a short drive to the local public beach, mini golf and ice cream. My kids loved riding their bikes on the street and the fire pit where we made smores every night. Wonderful home with everything you need.

This fit our needs to the t very clean great location . Short walk to the lake and two good places to eat and drink no DD needed . Nice fire pit great front porch just a great place with allot of charm.

This camp was perfect for our group. The house is large and spacious. There is a lovely screened-in porch which is great for enjoying Adirondack evenings without worrying about bugs (June is black fly season)! The location is convenient to everything in the lower Adirondacks. Because this is an older camp, the stairs are narrow and steep, so this house may not be a good choice for people with physical limitations. Mike and Ambyr are great hosts who have thought about everything to insure a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was really nice, in good condition and nicely decorated. Well laid out floor plans, with a nice arrangement of bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen/living/dining area, well stocked kitchen with cookware, extra linens and towels, laundry, etc. House seemed well insulated and both pellet stove and oil heat worked well. Looks like there are fans and AC for summer stays. Owners were really easy to communicate with as well. Only one minor drawback - the bar across the way was at times loud. But if we weren't traveling with young kids, we probably would have been at the bar, or at least up as late as they were!
