This home is perfectly suited for a large family gathering, lots of sleeping room for an extended family of grandparents on down. Beautiful views of the lake just a short walk away and since we were there in November, we didn't utilize the beach, but it looks like a great place to be on the water. The house was immaculate and came well stocked with essential supplies, and the owner, Eva, was great at communicating without being bothersome. You can't go wrong with this rental.

This has been the best house we have rented this summer in this area. The house provided more amenities then most rentals. It was very clean and fully loaded. Our favorite part of the house was the porch. We spent most of our nights sitting on the porch playing cards and listening to music with the kids. I already told the owner we will be renting again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Luther’s are excellent hosts. The house was very clean and spacious. The enclosed front porch adds an extra perk to the listing. We spent a lot of our time out there. One negative was that there was no propane for the grill, three empty containers. Overall I highly recommend this place.

My family spent a week there with my two toddlers, our dog, and my parents. We had the best time, truly a hidden gem! The rental home itself was nothing fancy but was very comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The screened in front porch was amazing and we had almost every meal out there. The neighbors were so nice and helpful as well. The view overlooking the golf course was tranquil and wonderful. Eva was great and all communication was very easy. It was a great location with a very short walk to the private beach area (even my 2 year old walked there and back without issues) and to Sports Island Pub. The pub has a great patio area where we ate multiple times. The kids had a great time playing at the private beach area and doing other activities around the lake. We rented a boat one day and spent another day at the camping area beach (which has a swimming area and kayaks/canoes for rental). Would highly recommend for a fun, relaxing time! One of our favorite things about the rental and this lake was that it didn’t feel overly congested like other vacation areas we have been going lately, especially during weekdays. Definitely recommend!

The house was spacious and comfortable. It truly has a summer camp feel. Plenty of options for things to do. Hiking seemed to be a favorite.

I had 2 aunties who are elderly staying and the first floor bedroom worked perfectly for them. The camp was clean, attractive and very well set up for gatherings. I am looking forward to staying again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and were able to spend a few days away from our normal life. Other than the neighbor complaining about our dog (which wasn’t even on his lawn), everyone seemed wonderful and it was incredibly quiet and relaxing. Grocery store is fairly close (Tops) and plenty to do and see in the area. Highly recommend!

First off, the owner was 100% responsive upon check in. The house was clean, well appointed, comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are three spots for the family to gather (kitchen, living room, tv room), as well as a giant king size bed upstairs. The king-sized bed had a memory foam mattress that was so comfortable and restorative after a day of cross-country skiing. The linens and towels were new,. This place is a gem, and the owners clearly take good care of it.

The home itself was the highlight for our November stay—it is so, so cozy and comfortable and immaculately clean! The kitchen is very well equipped, so we enjoyed both cooking in (even baking Thanksgiving pies) and trying the local restaurant take-out options. Northville has everything one could need—and all in walking proximity (park the car once and shop for everything via foot!). The two highlights of our stay were a beautiful hike on the Northville-Placid Trail (wish we had found it sooner and had time to explore it more!) and the JF Farm Store for provisions and the best sandwiches we've had in a very long time! Our host, Eva, was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay!
