Joe's home in Northville is located in a quaint town across from a beautiful church and within walking distance to a Farm Store/cafe, food store and ice cream parlor! Lake Sacandaga is a great lake for swimming and boating! Lake George is also about 50 mins away. The home had everything you needed; from an ample amount of cookware to little odds and ends you always forget to bring-like a torch for lighting a bonfire, dishwasher detergent, spices and refrigerator essentials you don't enjoy buying- like butter, mustard, ketchup, etc. Joe thought of everything and we had such a wonderful stay! The pictures don't do the home justice. The kids loved the ping pong table and arcade games! The front porch is so nice to enjoy your coffee each morning and the backyard with picnic table, and firepit area was a great way to end a day! Beds are very comfortable and extra blankets/ sheets are provided. The house being pet friendly is also a plus and dog bowls were left for us, which was an added bonus! We can't wait to come back! Rent this home. You won't be disappointed.

We decided to rent a house instead of a hotel for a few nights that is close to our property to do some work. These place was great! The house was clean and supplied with all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The homeowner was very friendly and answered all of needs while we were there. We will definitely be renting here again for our next trip up.
