We were in the area for a baseball tournament so we wanted a place to stay that would accommodate 2 families. This property fit the bill nicely!! The house was fully stocked with enough towels for more than 10 people, laundry units and detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans though we could have used a larger stock pot to cook the corn we bought for dinner. The use of a grill was a bonus. The weather was very hot during our stay so we did not utilize the back deck. The air conditioning system was in the room units and it had a little trouble keeping up with the hot temps we were experiencing during our stay as we were on the the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home. We spoke to the 1st floor unit residents a few times and said they didn't even know we had 10 people upstairs from them! We did not hear them either.
If you are in this area and looking for a nice place to stay that feels like home, this is definitely the place to be! David was a great host and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. He is a 5 star host!!
