The property is located such that you can see both sunrise and sunset - and both were spectacular. The house had a nice beach cottage feel to it. The house and surrounding property were very clean. Our daughter loved the pink bedroom and our son loved sleeping in the loft above the master bedroom. We saw blue cranes, seals, eagles, fox and rabbits. It was a little tough to get to the beach directly from the property, but a short walk down a path brought us right to an easily accessible entrance with a great sandy beach. Don was a pleasure to deal with and provided all of his contact information so that we could reach him if necessary. We also met Kirsten, the caretaker who also left her contact information. Overall a great stay and we would book with Don again.

This getaway was just perfect! The property was clean, secluded, amazing! Large land and large house, perfect amount of space for our 6 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs! Right on the water, which was beautiful, just had to walk a short walk down to the beach. A little rocky on the beach right under us, but with a little exploring, we found a path that led straight to the sandy beach just down the way. Owners were prompt on messages and inquiries and it was a fantastic vacation!! Thank you so much :)

This was my first time booking on this site and I was a little nervous about the whole experience but everything was perfect. Don and his wife were perfect hosts even though they couldn't be on the island due to covid. Kirsten who looks after the property when Don and his wife aren't there was so helpful and sweet. It has a wonderful yard that was great for the children and a sandy beach with warm ocean water. I'm so pleased that we got to experience it. Hopefully next time we will get to meet the two wonderful people that are kind enough to share such a beautiful property.

More than enough room for our family of 5 and dog. Bedrooms were spacious and lots of amenities. View was spectacular!

Our family & friends truly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was clean, well equipped and communication w Don and Diane was easy. The ocean views were mesmorizing the entire time. If you are looking for four separate bedrooms this may not be the cottage for you. The fourth bedroom is located on a third level accessed by a loft through the master bedroom. We had planned to sleep one of our children in this bedroom, however the staircase was not very kid friendly, and being on a third-level it was too hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this cottage to others!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful property. We had our children and grandchildren (ten people in total) with us along with our family dogs. There was more than enough room for everyone and we all had a great time making memories. We didn't want to leave this little piece of paradise so made the decision that we would book it again next year. It was just so perfect and relaxing for a vacation at the beach. The master bedroom had a screened in deck with a million dollar view of the water. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there and seeing the many fishing boats at work. We had everything that we needed and the owners were wonderful to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Cable Head. Don was a great host and was either anticipating out needs or giving us good advice to maximize the PEI experience. Central area to some of the best beaches in Canada. The stay lived up to our expectations and was a beautiful place to call home for a couple of weeks. Ray and Nan
