Our beach house has five bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a large 40 foot sunning deck, outside shower, parking for 4+ cars and a screened porch. Between strolling the beach, relaxing at your private beach house, or soaking up the sun while overlooking the Atlantic, you'll never want to leave! The wide, sandy beaches in Corolla are perfect for strolling, shell-collecting, kite flying and sunbathing. The pace in Corolla is perfect for relaxing. Rent bikes or kayaks to explore the Outer Banks area from the Currituck Sound and back to the Atlantic Ocean, or join a tour to get deeper into the four wheel area to see the horses. The world-class golf at the Currituck Club is minutes away, and we are close to putt putt golf, tennis, the movies and go-carts for family fun. Other nearby activities include kayaking, biking, four wheel drive area with wild horses, fishing, historical lighthouse and village with family entertainment available. Restaurant and shops are also nearby. Corolla's shopping is casual and fun, with a great array of unique, locally-owned shops. Browse clothing, jewelry, gifts, T-shirts, kites, and grab a coffee or snack along the way. Food and beach essentials are easy to pick up nearby, so you'll be well prepared to kick back and relax. We are located in a private community with no public beach access so there is lots of space to play on the beach. There is a life guard on duty on the beach provided during the summer season. We rent the beach house by the week. It sleeps 13 (1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twins in the lower bedroom and one bedroom with 2 bunk sets (3 twins, 1 double)), has many extras and is child friendly making it perfect for a family or multifamily vacation. Two week rentals can take an additional $100 off the total. Cleaning is included. Linens is optional: full house $200 which includes he sheets, towels and beds being made upon arrival. Discounts for groups only requiring 4 or less beds. We also allow well behaved dogs (2 max) for a $100 fee. We'd love to have you visit. More

We only rent to family groups; no student groups. We allow well behaved dogs (2 maximum) if the owner agrees to keep shedding dogs off the beds and furniture, dispose of the refuge in the trash and pay a $100 pet fee. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Lovely Outer Banks Beach House

This house met all expectations! Very clean and nicely set up. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms! The upstairs porch was the perfect place for Happy Hour. The walk to the beach was surprisingly short due to the allowed shortcut.

About the neighbourhood

The Ocean Sands neighborhood is a neighborhood of single family homes in different lettered sections on the ocean side of Route 12 leading to Corolla. Our house is in Section D. This is the first section with public water and sewer and smallest section feeding the beach. Since it is the smallest section less people feed our part of the beach allowing you more space to relax or play games. None of the sections have public parking so the beach is reasonably private. All the sections have multiple boardwalks between the houses and over the dunes providing access to the beach. Section D has a tennis court for guests to use. Across from Section D is the Currituck Country Club (golf), a Harris Teeter Grocery Store and various other retail stores. Corolla also has bike paths connecting all...
