Bright and spacious beach house full of amenities

With a reverse floorplan (living spaces up), this home takes full advantage of its setting. The private courtyard with its hot tub and outdoor shower is a pleasant place to relax after time on the beach.

About the neighbourhood

The Villas at Carolla Bay is a community that offers everything you want from the northern part of the outer banks. Almost everything is less than a 5 minute drive away. The Whalehead Club, wild horses, multiple restaurants, real grass course mini-golf, ATV and wild horse adventures, coffee shops, clothing shops and more! Take your 4WD vehicle out at the end of the paved roads and drive up 10 miles or more until you see wild horses or just find yourself a secluded spot up near the Virginia border. At once inside? Access to the beach? How about a pedestrian walkway 200 feet from the house that leads right to the beach just 800' from where it starts. Bike or walk there and have no traffic worries - you'll never need to walk on a road if you don't want to. And with beach chairs, boogie ...

Getting around

Use of a car is necessary and the closest larger airport is Norfolk Imternational however Richmond International Airport is also just a little over 2 hours away.
