Sunny View has been a wonderful place to stay for me and my family, it has all the things and more to make your holiday stay so relaxing,its a well equipped chalet and Brain and Carol are the perfect host and hostess so very friendly and welcoming to us, my family and I have voted it 10 out of 10 for our amazing stay and we would reccommend this chalet and our hosts to anyone.

Sunny view lives up to its name, the site is quiet and peaceful, with gentle walks down to a private beach. The views over the Solent are beautiful while sitting outside in the sun, or in cooler weather, from inside. The quality of the furnishing, amenities and the appliances are superb, from the Smart TV in the lounge to the washing machine and dish washer in the kitchen. Carol and Brian have thought of everything, you could possibly need, and more. During our stay it was cold and windy to start with, finishing with hot sunny weather. During the cold days we were warm and cosy, with central heating throughout, and on the warm sunny days it was light and airy throughout. Carol and Brian met us with the keys when we arrived, and explained how everything worked, but also left books with every bit of relevant information we would need. They also left us with a very enjoyable Welcome Pack, thank you Carol and Brian for a wonderful stay, and we will definitely tell everyone how good Sunny View is.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Carol & Brian for a fantastic long weekend at Sunny View. From our first contact to booking confirmation and then meeting us with the keys, nothing was too much trouble. We chose this chalet as it was really close to the ferry (10 mins to Yarmouth), close to its own beach and loads of room for the kids to run around safely. The play area, crazy golf and football pitch was perfect to keep the kids entertained and gave us chance to relax with a drink or two on the picnic table outside on the patio. The chalet has been renovated recently and it’s clearly been done to a high standard. The bathroom fixtures don’t appear to have been replaced yet but all clean and fully functional. All bed linen & towels were included but I would take a large towel if you want to wrap up after a shower/bath. The kitchen had a full size washing machine and a slimline dishwasher, really didn’t expect those, we didn’t use them but guess staying a week or two you would need them. Also had cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, everything you would need for self catering. The lounge had two very comfy sofas, Smart TV, DVD player and the all important WiFi / internet for the kids! We would definitely recommend Sunny View, in fact we are organising our summer holiday with them right now!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Sunny View. We came as a family of four and we all loved it. We were welcomed by a very friendly Brian and Carol who handed the keys over and we soon settled in. There is everything you could possibly need in the chalet. It’s obviously been recently referbed and done to a high standard. The site that the chalet is on is really peaceful and just a few seconds walk to a secluded beach, which looks perfect for a evening campfire in the summer. The children enjoyed watching a some of the DVD’s available and the smart TV is perfect if you have a Netflix account or want to catch up on TV shows in the evening. We loved it here, highly reccomend and will definitely be back!
