The historic Piedmont neighborhood is a treat for the eyes of a fan of American architecture. Beautiful gardens and welcoming porches abound. The guesthouse.and is 1/2 block to the bus stop with easy access to the Max Light-Rail system. It is also one block from the grocery and drugstore. It is walking distance to the Alberta Arts District, the Historic Mississippi Avenue District and the North Williams Corridor, with many shops, cafes, restaurants and art galleries. The guesthouse is close to New Seasons Market. It is 10 minutes to the heart of downtown, 10 minutes to the Rose Quarter and 15 minutes from the airport.
