We loved the peaceful location directly on the SW coastal path near the Lizard Point. The house was clean and comfortable with spectacular views. We even had a few lovely sunsets. Debbie greeted us and explained everything and even booked the nearby Halzephron Inn for our first pub supper. We appreciated the well-equipped house — ample pantry, great linens & beach towels, breakfast in the fridge. The children loved skipping rocks at the Loe, picking up heart-shaped rocks, boogie-boarding, exploring caves at Kynance Cove. A spectacular family holiday!

Owners were very pleasant, and very helpful. So was Debbie the cleaning lady, who was there to show us round the property. Not so happy with HomeAway team, as we had asked a team member to give the owner a message regarding the keys to the property? We ended up ringing the owner ourselves as we hadn’t heard anything as it was only a couple of days to the start of our holiday, and HomeAway hadn’t contacted her at all??so wasn’t impressed with service.

I can't recommend this house enough. The location is outstanding, really stunning views and prefect if you have a dog. The house is beautiful, clean and every last detail thought of to make your stay comfortable and easy. A luxury property that also felt really homely. Thank you for sharing it with us. We had the perfect week.

One of the loveliest, cosiest houses we have ever stayed in! Warm, well equipped, peaceful, and with the most beautiful sea view you could ask for. We received a warm welcome and found waiting for us fresh fruit, bread, milk, endless cooking ingredients, chocolates, shortbread, a bottle of champagne in the fridge and a hand-written welcome letter from the owner. We shall miss this house, and this view, so much! Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had an absolutely fantastic first visit to Parc Bean! So many holiday homes don’t match up to photos you see on their websites, but no photos could ever do this house justice. A beautiful house with STUNNING views. I could go on but the way to best explain how we felt about Parc Bean and the adjoining cove is to say that within an hour of returning home, we booked our next stay! We can’t wait to go back!

This was a return visit for us as a family having first discovered Parc Bean last year. Our return visit did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived relaxation was the name of the game. The house has such a warmth with a great layout and features that ensure you can truly relax. Outside on the doorstep you have the coastal path, a spectacular beach stretching away to Porthleven and the Hazelphron Inn only 400 metres away! Debbie the housekeeper is on hand to ensure everything is as it should be and could not be more helpful Parc Bean is a great location and one I'm sure we will visit again We had a great holiday and highly recommend this property

We loved our stay at the house. Such a beautiful part of the country and the views from the house are breathtaking. Love that you are not surrounded by anyone else. Great walks from the house and places to explore. The owner is quick to respond and provide assistance. It is great that it had a baby cot, high chair, bbq and everything you need in the kitchen. Can't wait to go back !!

Absolutely fabulous

We arrived during the height of storm Brian to spectacular seas and a howling gale. We stepped inside to be welcomed into the cozy, warm, idyllic, family home that is Parc Bean. This wonderful house is perfectly furnished and equipped leaving us wanting for nothing and not wanting to leave. With it's fantastic position right on the edge of the spectacular Cornish coastline between Mullion and Porthleven offering great coastal walks with destinations not to be missed. As well as the Halzaphron inn with its great atmosphere, beer and food only 400m away we couldn't believe our luck. Housekeeper Debbie was there to introduce us to the house and ensured everything was ready for our arrival making our settling in so easy. This gem of a find ticked every box for our family to enjoy the very best of relaxing get togethers. We all loved every minute of our stay and would like to thank the Andrew's and Debbie for letting us share Parc Bean
