I stayed here for new years and let me tell you, my experience here was amazing. This is my first time being back in Lancaster and my first time renting out this home. The home does indeed feels like home. Kitty did an amazing job with this house and she is super nice <3! Definitely coming back here, I don’t know when but i am bookmarking this for future rental! Maybe not in the cold. Seeing snow was pretty cool but the cold got me severely sick but it was all worth it !! Thank you, kitty for letting us stay at your lovely home❤️

Perfect Place for a family
I was a bit skeptical about staying in a house, but it was cheaper than the 2 hotel rooms we would have needed, and since we had young children, the kitchen was appealing. Well, this place is AMAZING. My mother spent the whole vacation saying how gorgeous the house was. My toddler son and 4 year-old niece had plenty of room for toys, and we didn't have to worry about them making too much noise and disturbing people in the next room or the room below. Plus, we were able to put the kids to sleep upstairs, then go down stairs and watch TV and talk without having to worry about waking them up.
Everything was spotlessly clean, there were plenty of towels for our family, plenty of soft fluffy pillows on each bed, and lots of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Plus, it was so nice to park right in front and go right into the front door instead of having to wait in a check-in line, cart luggage through the lobby, etc. Being able to cook breakfast and have a full-size fridge saved us lots of money. The owners left us a lovely basket full of snacks, and cold water in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.
It's about a 5-minute drive from Dutch Wonderland - perfect since that was our destination. There's a WalMart right there in case you need anything, and plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive.
My regret is that I didn't get to meet the owners, Daniel and Kitty, who seem like warm and loving people. We were a little late checking out, since my infant niece is teething and needed to be nursed before we left. They were very nice and understanding about it, even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience.
My family is already talking about coming back next year for a longer stay so we can see more of the attractions Lancaster has to offer.

Definitely recommend this rental.
Kitty and Daniels home is just the perfect home away from home. the accommodations were just lovely. You only need to bring your clothes and food! Kitty and Dan will take care of the rest. The kitchen is packed with all the things you will need and they even supply paper products! The location can't be beat either! We did the "Amish Experience and we took the kids to Hershey park, twice!!!

Immaculate...Home away from home!
We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was very clean and beautiful. So close to everything in Lancaster! We are already planning to go back soon! Best sleep ever...bedding very comfortable and quiet neighborhood! Thank you Kitty and Daniel!

Great place to stay in Lancaster
We had a very nice stay at this townhouse. It was very clean and comfortable, and it has easy access to the main highway with traffic lights. The owners provided a gift basket and plenty of bottled water, which was much appreciated. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short and were unable to stay the entire week like we originally planned. A previous reviewer mentioned that there are stairs in the townhouse, so this might be an issue for some. You need to use the stairs to get to the bedrooms and the two full bathrooms (there is a half bathroom downstairs). This is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it.

Great place to relax with all the comforts of home
We were very pleased with our visit to Lancaster. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We are always concerned in regards to our selection on vacation rental housing as anyone should be. The newly renovated townhouse was great and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed a 5 night stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Lancaster. Please keep in mind the fact all 3 bedrooms are upstairs This was not an issue for us but could be for others.

Great house! Great location!
House was big enough for my family of 6. Comfy beds, great appliances and well stocked kitchen. Location was great for visiting Hershey and Gettysburg. Several restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

There were six adults in our group. We easily found the town home.

Perfect place for our family to stay!
Daniel and Kitty’s townhouse was a perfect place for our family to stay while vacationing in Lancaster. Their home is very clean and so well stocked – from good quality paper products, nice quality bath towels, extra pillows and bedding, soap and shampoo, and even bottled water! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and lots of little extras. We utilized the wonderful kitchen and dining room table quite a bit as we did a lot of our own cooking. We even used the gas grill one night which was a great option to have. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which had its own bathroom and a nice balcony deck. The AC and ceiling fans nicely kept the entire house cool. The living area was comfy and a great place to just hang out and relax! The townhouse is conveniently located with plenty of great shopping nearby and fun touristy attractions within a short drive. Daniel and Kitty were wonderful and so very accommodating. Daniel met us upon check-in and gave us a tour of their home showing us where things were and how things worked. They even had a lovely welcome basket full of goodies waiting for us! The townhouse uses an entry code lock system and does not have a key. This made it convenient for all of us to have access to the house without needing a key. Parking was convenient with two spaces available for us right in front of the townhouse. I can’t say enough nice things about this rental and about Daniel and Kitty – they are delightful people! We certainly hope to rent their wonderful townhouse again and will definitely keep this on our “go to” list! We give this a five stars plus!!!
