Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful cozy cabin. The views and sounds of the river are wonderful. We see why this owner is highly rated on Vrbo. The communication up to our stay left nothing for us to guess about regarding the rules and amenities available in the cabin. Of all of the rentals we have stayed at, this one was the most furnished with kitchen appliances and extras and most important the cleanest. The cabin is located near so many beautiful parks and outdoor activities in a neighborhood with neighbors. The winery down the street is a must see! We were able to enjoy grilling in the evening after long scenic hikes in nearby Table Rock and Caesars Head State parks as well as the amazing views from the Sassafras observatory. The new decking makes for a relaxing setting to view the river while playing a game or just listening to the river. The screened porch with rocking chairs is a wonderful place to sit and drink a morning beverage to plan the day or unwind in the evening before or after a relaxing sit in the hot tub. You will not be disappointed with all that this cabin has to offer and the attention to detail the owner has put into it for a wonderful experience.

We loved the area. Explored every day on bikes and enjoyed the serenity of the river and relaxing in the hot tub. House was perfectly equipped with everything we needed.

Everything was amazing, property manager had listing of everything just in case of an emergency, also listing of restaurants close by! Also Sam came by to see if we needed any wood, Sam was very nice 🙂 Overall we loved everything

Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a quite place to relax. Found some awesome water falls about 30 minutes away in Dupont state park

Relaxing and peaceful getaway in SC. We were looking for a centrally located peaceful getaway to explore some of the great hiking and waterfalls in South Carolina. This place fit our needs perfectly. While a little closer to the neighbors than I anticipated, it was very quiet and just what we wanted. The place was well-stocked so all we needed was a quick trip to the market and we were set. Also explored a couple of the local food options - all of which were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean cabin in a great location. Was fun to float in the creek behind the cabin. Cabin clean, nicely stocked with starter supplies and pots/pans, and very cozy. Great place to relax at the end of the day. Especially liked the screened in porch with rocking chairs overlooking the creek and woods. Close to great hikes in Table Rock State Park! We also headed toward Ashville for exploration of The Blue Ridge Parkway and Highway 276 which had lots of waterfalls, a great sliding rock, hiking and breathtaking mountain views. Cabin had a great central location for exploring the areas both north and south. Would highly recommend and stay there again!

Very nice river-side cabin in the rolling Cherokee foothills! Place was immaculate and had just about everything we needed - the winery just down the road was well-worth the visit. Hot tub and screened-in porch were fantastic! Easy check in/check-out process and John provided all the relevant info well in advance to make it seamless. Thank you for the pleasant weekend!
