This spacious and comfortable detached house is ideally located for Families, couples and business travelers. Up to 2 dogs are welcome too. Its an ideal base for those who want to explore the local area , Loggerheads country park is only 3 miles away. Lidl, Aldi & Macdonalds are all on the doorstep. Stroll around the town centre and you’ll find a colourful retail mix of individual boutiques and high street shops within the peaceful haven of the Town Park, an idyllic place for a picnic during the summer. And when in need of some refreshment, dining out here can be as adventurous as you’d like it to be. The town centre offers the world on a plate with traditional, Italian, Malaysian, Indian and Chinese restaurants. A little further from the centre of town and visitors can bask in the welcoming glow of an atmospheric old inn, redolent of days gone by. Visitors can soak up even more of the town’s eventful history by discovering the architectural gems, including lasting examples of Tudor and Stuart ornamentation and evidence of how the industrial revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries contributed to the town’s growth. There is now a conservation area with modern shops and cafés nestled in and around the older style buildings that give the town its unusual blend of traditional and contemporary. There’s also a wide programme at the famous Clwyd Theatre and the town usually holds its Bailey Hill festival in the summer, transforming the top of the High Street into the venue for an afternoon of great live music and family activities. On September 19th-20th, Mold consolidates its foodie credentials with its food festival. Now in its 10th year it offers famous chefs, children’s entertainment, music, exhibitors and more. Hyfrydle house is set up for people that like to relax in a warm, cosy house, without sharing their time with noisy children running up and down a hotel corridor. It’s for people that want to put their feet up and watch a nice film and nip out into Mold town centre. Also ideal for Medical Staff, Contractors, Lecturers etc during the week and parents / grandparents of students at Wrexham university or the local agricultural colleges etc. It’s close to all established service providers including the local street market that operates every Wednesday and Saturday, small independent traders also are located in the high street and surrounding areas. The energy meters are topped up via the internet, so you won’t need to pay for energy used at the house. The following entertainment is available via the internet via our TV.* Amazon Video, Netflix, Now TV, Sky Cinema, Sky Atlantic, Sky News, BBC News, in addition normal terrestrial TV is available also. All rooms come with unlimited Wi-fi access and the wi-fi signal is encrypted throughout the house. Charging points are situated throughout the property and supply an industry standard 5 volts USB charge suitable for Apple and Android devices, which avoids using up all the mains sockets with chargers. The devices can rest on dedicated charging shelves so they won’t be left on the floors. There is a washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, electric kettle in each room and gas powered central heating and hot water available. Outside, in the back garden, is a table and bench for sitting and having a nice read of the papers. I am available by phone, SMS, email, FaceTime. Most people are happy to gain access on their own, but if you need my help I can guide you through most things via video FaceTime etc. If you can’t do something or need further help, I can usually pop round, (within 90 minutes). There is a fabulous pub / restaurant a short walk or drive away called the Glasfryn, in one direction the civic /council areas) and umpteen small businesses in the other direction. I can certainly vouch for receiving a warm welcoming atmosphere at these venues. You should really be putting your feet up and chilling out though, shouldn’t you? The best form of transport is probably by car. There is space at the side of the house for parking a single car, but the main parking area is in an area at the back of the houses to the rear of this one. There appears to be good security as we have never had an issue with any vehicle parked in that area as it is overlooked all the time by neighbours. Mold is an old market town, with a mixture of old and Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: #F6-000-23989More
