Entrance is into a bright and spacious galleried HALL and through to the well equipped KITCHEN which has a range of fitted units, built in oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A door leads to the GARAGE with tumble drier and ample space for storing bikes, surf boards, walking gear etc. The separate DINING ROOM is furnished with a dining table, chairs, easy chair and a dresser. The SITTING ROOM has a very large window with rural views to the countryside. There is a gas pebble fire for cooler evenings and the room is tastefully furnished with two large comfortable cream sofas, stylish coffee table, sideboard, occasional furniture, TV and DVD player. BEDROOM 2 has a glimpse of Ramsey Island and is furnished with twin beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. All the beds will be made up with crisp white linen for your arrival. The spacious BATHROOM has a modern white suite of L shaped bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Garden and Parking There are two enclosed garden areas, both have lawns and offer ample space for al-fresco dining at the picnic table provided. Borders and mature shrubs surround the areas making this a lovely place to relax. There is parking space for up to 2 cars on the drive. Other Information There is full gas central heating throughout. This is included in the rental from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 per week from October to April. Electricity is included. A travel cot, high chair and stairgate are available on request. Towels may be hired at £5 per guest (not for beach use). WiFi enabled. One well behaved pet is welcome. No smoking. More

Greenfields was well situated in St Davids town centre which made using the local public transport to walk a section of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path very easy and a good supermarket for groceries etc. The property was clean and well furnished. I was especially pleased...More

Fantastic location just on the edge of St David’s , two minutes walk into the centre if that. Lovely bungalow, couldn’t fault it. The fridge packed up while we were there, new one arrived next day, excellent.
