Holiday Rental House
Beudy Gwyn is a deceptively spacious, detached cottage, set in the hamlet of Penparc, just a short walk from the popular coastal village of Trefin. The modern, cottage style fitted kitchen leads through to a spacious lounge, with an open fire to cosy round on chillier evenings. Our new addition is the wonderful sunroom with stunning views across the Irish Sea, a super place to sit and relax. The dining room has French doors opening to a decked patio, a sheltered spot to enjoy an alfresco meal. With a king size bedroom with ensuite shower room on the ground floor, it is ideal for just a couple or also just as suitable for a family and friends. The double here offers sea views over Trefin to the coast, enjoy your first coffee of the day in bed while you marvel at the view. There is a large, enclosed, lawned rear garden with a further decked area at the top where you can sit and enjoy a drink in the evening, while you just soak up the amazing view, on a clear day, of the coast stretching up to Strumble Head - stunning! The front garden is also fully enclosed so you can open the sunroom, let the air in and relax! More

We were 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The cottage provided plenty of space for our needs - a cosy kitchen for breakfasts, a dining room for adult meals and comfortable bedrooms. The downstairs bathroom could do with a better shower. The kitchen was extremely well...More

About the neighbourhood
Penparc is a small hamlet situated along a small quiet road off the A487 between St Davids and Fishguard. The local village of Trefin is approximately 2 miles and the local cove is home to the famous well at Aberfelin where wheat was milled for 500 years for the surrounding population. The village sits on the Pembrokeshire coastal path with it's stunning scenery and rugged cliffs. There are 2 pubs and a shop at the local garage for all your necessary provisions.
Getting around
Beudy Gwyn is very close to a bus stop. The bus takes you to St Davids or Fishguard and is a regular service. The Puffin Shuttle is a service which enables you to get close to the coastal path and then pick up the bus back further along your walk. An excellent service.
