We were very pleased with the property. We took our 3 children for a mini vacation before school started. The weather wasn’t great while we were there, but we still managed to fish, meet and feed the horses and swim in the pool. I loved sitting on the porch watching the storms. The cabin was stocked with so much food/supplies. We would definitely stay again!!

Great place and community, very cozy and accommodating

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the cozy nook. We wanted a nice 'cozy' cabin out in the woods with a beautiful view for our anniversary and we got all that and more!! The cozy nook was spotless & pristine!! It was so cutely decorated and in a great location. We loved the area - close to Falls Creek Falls where we loved hiking and seeing the gorgeous falls. I would highly recommend the Cozy Nook and definetly would go back!!!

My husband and I plus another couple rode our Harleys to this cabin from North Mississippi to see Falls Creek waterfalls. The cabin was perfectly located to the state park. It was also well furnished which was very nice. Everything was clean and convenient. Beautiful property and sunset from the front porch. The grown men enjoyed the use of the air hockey table too. We enjoyed Falls Creek Falls a lot. The waterfall is amazing. But it is quite the hike to get to the bottom and back and worth it. We also went to Cumberland Caverns too, which I also recommend. Highly recommend this spot

Initial reservation was easy. We received an email about a week in advance of check in explaining the rules, codes to get in the house, etc. Codes worked perfectly. Everything in the home is labeled and easy to find. The home had everything we needed and extra supplies. We took 2 near adult teens and it was great that they had their own space upstairs with a bedroom, bath, and game room. The outdoor space was fantastic with the wrap around porch and nice fire pit off the back deck. Also not too close to neighbors, trees provide an excellent privacy screen. Very quiet neighborhood. Good location for us as we wanted to spend time chasing waterfalls in nearby parks but also within 1 1/2 hours of Chattanooga to spend some time there. In summary, no issues. Fantastic home and would stay again.

Had a good experience home owner answered all questions before I got there. Cabin was very clean except behind couch in game room with dead bugs should of been slept. Beautiful scenery and nice neighbors. Had heard from people staying at the lodge the lady that runs it is not a people person . She may try to be a little nicer if she wants people returning at her lodge How ever our lady was great to deal with. Would stay here again

Let me start with I was concerned with other reviews about this property. Mostly because of the property owners being hard to reach exc. Not only was finding this property easy, but it was absolutely beautiful. The owners quickly respond and leave detailed Instructions. Literally the easiest people to work with. We didn’t have one problem finding this or checking in. The décor was beautiful and the set up was great. Super clean and had everything you would ever need. The property is near a waterfall swimming area with breath taking views. It’s quite at night and you can see almost every star in the sky. Near by is a communal pool witch was a hit with the kids. If you’re thinking about staying in this area THIS is where you want to stay. If we come back to this area we will always come back!

Everything was fine until we arrived in the area of the property and we couldn’t find it because we were given incorrect information we were tired we had a crying baby and our phones were about to die when we spoke to the property manager she was rude made it seem to be our fault but she booked the same cabin twice and gave us the information of another person so she ended up getting us into the Kerik cabin but again was super rude blaming us would take any kind of criticism made it seem like made it seem like we were the bad guy I told her she was horrible and all those things and she said well why don’t you just leave and I said but we don’t have anywhere else to go unfortunately or I would cause this is last-minute booking for graduation so we stayed we paid we left but the cabin had food in it and food in the cabinets and open condiments from the owner it was very weird like if you were gonna bring food and grill out or have dinner there you couldn’t put your food there was no room because the owner had a ton of food stored there and then I said some to them about it and she smartly said well just throw it out which we did not 100% do that because we knew she would probably Try to charge us for that then she said oh I’ll just refund your money you can go long story short she’s a terrible property manager they can’t take any criticism and hold up to a mistake she made they did end up refunding us for the night stays but I wanted to get this message out there because sadly I feel like we live in a day and age where there is no more customer service and people can’t take any type of criticism and they don’t wanna help you out

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Nook in the mountains. Really comfortable, nice cabin.

We travel with friends at least once a year sometime twice and have stayed in many different places. Our stay at Cozy Up at the Cottage is high on our favorite list! It is in a beautiful and quiet setting! It also has a very warm and welcoming feel to it! Very conducive for relaxing! We plan to return when the weather is warmer!
