Enjoyed sitting outside, around fire pit, having breakfast outside. Carried Grandson fishing and he caught two fish! Two minor problems…were not able to figure out downstairs T. V. and upstairs shower needs repair ! Could not turn the shower on and off ! Had to leave it in the “On” position!

We had a perfect get away with our family and in laws. The house was very spacious and well equipped for cooking. Our boys loved swimming in the pool and hot tub daily. My husband also enjoyed fishing from the ponds during the evening. Personally my favorite part about the house was watching the hummingbirds from the front porch. The farmhouse was the best place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The hosts were quick to respond and help with any questions we had and were VERY accommodating . Would definitely stay again!

For what we did, it was an ideal location and relaxing!

We really enjoyed this property! The kitchen was well stocked, property was clean and comfortable, and the community pool was great!

This was one of the most beautiful properties ever! Plenty of space. There was 8 of us. Very close to Fall creek falls and activities. However you could just stay on the property and enjoy the peaceful serine of the land and amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. The only regret we have was not booking it longer than we did. We were definitely not ready to leave! Can’t wait to book this again!

Loved our stay at "the farmhouse". Comfortable and cozy. Beautiful setting. Good proximity to many state parks we visited. We did wish for extra blankets and bedding. Otherwise, wonderful stay.

The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house was very accommodating and cute! At first, it was pretty hot and stuffy in the house, but by bedtime it has thankfully cooled off nicely. The ponds were fun for fishing. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was convenient to local outdoor amenities, and the house was well appointed. Walking around the neighborhood with the horse pasture and the ponds (where we caught a few fish) were nice additional activities. My only minor criticism is that the house could use more curtains in the living areas downstairs.....it's set up like the centerpiece in that part of the neighborhood, close to the barn (performance stage), and some other houses, so you feel pretty exposed at night without curtains. That being said, we felt safe, and were going to bed early anyway, so not too big of a deal for our group.

The family and I enjoyed the stay. Very clean. Beds extremely comfy. Well definitely stay again.

We loved the Farmhouse - clean, great layout, comfortable and just beautiful all around. Plenty of room and storage, everything in working order, and great views! We explored nearby Fall Creek Falls, Rock Island, Burgess Falls and the lovely property around the Farmhouse. We had a great time at Calfkiller Brewery in Sparta, so welcoming and informative, and amazing pizza and drinks at Marioochi's in Sparta. One of the best rentals we've stayed at!
