Hidden Gem
Beautiful farm right in Townsend. Close Cades Cove and Caverns. Wonderful hosts, fantastic views. We cant wait to return!

1- there is a hole in coffee pot filter
2- were there pool towels??

Hidden Gem
This property is beautiful and although it feels remote, it is very close to the main road through Townsend. There are horses to pet and to ride plus we saw chickens, wild turkeys, all kinds of birds and one morning we saw a black bear right under our small deck outside our room. He or she just ambled off into the woods nearby. The view we had was the most beautiful view we’ve ever experienced in the smokies.
Everything in the room was very clean and lots of windows made things bright so you never felt confined in your room. There was a whirlpool tub available but the jets didn’t work which was disappointing. I believe they have ordered a new part. The door to our room was very difficult to unlock as well. Seems like it needs to be rehung and rekeyed. The driveway is gravel and could use some repairs in a couple places.
The family who owns this property were very attentive when we needed anything. We would stay here again for the piece and quiet and the million dollar view.

Morning side suite
Beautiful, secluded, family owned and operated property with easy access to area restaurants and activities. Gorgeous views of surrounding property and mountains. Owners are attentive to any needs.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed in the Morning View Suite and it was very clean. The room was nice with a beautiful view. We were pleased with this property and check in was a breeze. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We took a horseback ride on the property and it was a nice ride. Would recommend this Bed And Breakfast and the horseback ride. It will not disappoint. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful place
Nice and quiet . Beautiful scenery. Had everything we needed and loved the big bathroom. Very peaceful sitting on the balcony.

Just what we wanted
This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. The accommodations were first rate and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and wanted to be sure everything was to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely return.

A perfect getaway
If you’re looking to unplug and enjoy an amazing view this is it. Perfect location, private, friendly manager, clean and comfortable. 10/10
