Townsend Condo
All aspects of this condo were excellent. The only things we would have enjoyed more would have been the balconies cleaned and landscaping trimmed and weeded. Otherwise, everything was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Weekend with friends
We had a great time staying here. Everything was REALLY CLEAN! The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect. The best part, of course, was sitting on the balconies overlooking the river. The condo was exactly as portrayed in the rental listing. Close to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet and private location. We would highly recommend this rental to others.

Townsend GetAway
Excellent in every aspect. Super clean, superior amenities, King bed was awesome. I am picky about pillows and the ones on the King were perfect. The sound of the river super relaxing. Enjoyed mimosa, coffee and breakfast on the deck which provides an awesome view of the river. Very close to entry point to float the river.
Will definitely return soon.

Beautiful river view
Updated condo on the beautiful little river. So quiet and peaceful listening to the sound of the river. The facility was very clean and just felt so comfortable, like home.

Beautiful View
We had the best time. Loved walking out on the balcony Listening to the river. My son loved playing in the river. A hidden gem! Plenary of space and very clean.

Relaxing and enjoyable
We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and well taken care of. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the Little River was our favorite thing to do. Great location. We would definitely go back

Time in Townsend
We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The property was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more! The balconies overlooking the river were wonderful for morning coffee!! The location is exactly what we were looking for. Close to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and just a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Townsend is known as the peaceful side of the Smoky's and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! We're already counting down the days until we're back! Thanks so much, Wendy!

Mountain Getaway
This place is the perfect mountain getaway. It is extremely clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The sound of the bubbling stream outside the patio was soothing after a long days hike. The host is responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this condo to all...
