We had only one time we needed to contact them during stay and they responded immediately and kindly. It was nice to have a place for my family to get away and be able to just relax. House was clean and plenty bathrooms and towels

Hello, First and foremost, I would like to thank Helene and David for their exceptional cabin experience. The cabin was welcoming. It looked better in person than on the website. Tammie has done a great job preparing the cabin for the next guest. The fire pit was a hit, but we had to move chairs from the bottom level to add to the chairs that were already there. There were plenty of utensils, drinkware, cookware, and dishes available. I think having an air fryer would be a great addition to the appliances already there. We also had running hot water. The bees on the property weren't too bad and were only flying around the jacuzzi. We had an issue with one of the basement windows due to it not locking, but Jimmy came by and was able to fix the issue. The only issue we had was that it was extremely dark when it came to driving onto the property at night time. Helene responds to messages promptly as well. We had a great experience and will recommend it to others. Thank you!

This house is perfect for family get togethers plus if you need extra space you can rent the house next to this, which is what we did! The house is set up for all ages, we had kids ages 1 to 19 and the house fit everyone! They downstairs has a bunk room with lots of fun games to keep the teenagers and adults busy. The little ones loved the playground located outside. The owner was also amazing to work with. When we needed assistance, she was quick to respond and take action. Best experience we’ve had with an owner! Highly recommend!!!

The host was/is gracious and responsive and truly cared about our comfort and well being. The property is newly renovated with essentially brand new everything with high quality furnishings. There are so many creature comforts in the home that it makes it difficult to leave. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room and board games - we played Monopoly 3x! We grilled every day but did not use the hot tub (90*+ temps in June) but it looked to be in excellent condition. Killer views from both porches and plenty of land to roam and explore. We'll try and head back in the fall when the leaves start to turn. Many thanks for a great getaway!

Tucked away in the mountains is this beautiful getaway! The house is beautiful, and we loved so many of the perfect features. We specifically enjoyed the basement level outdoor area. The tables, basketball hoop, and hottub were greatly enjoyed even with the warm 95+ weather! I personally loved the porch with the swing. Watching the sunrise on the porch is something you have to experience!

Spacious rooms, very clean, lots of conveniences. Great fire pit area, the game room was a big hit. Location is close to grocery, Smokey Mtns (without going through touristy areas). Our family loved the Tuckaleechee Caverns. So many porches and gathering areas at this house,.even if you have rain the views are Amazing! We had a local photographer come to do family photos as the scenery is so Awesome.

We had a great stay! Amazing mountain views and we loved being away from the overcrowded PF and Gatlinburg, but close enough to drive there for the activities. Convenient to stores and river with tubing. Lots of options for different aged kids. Fun to see the kids getting off iPads and playing flashlight tag and catching lightning bugs! Helene was very easy to communicate with and the house is very spacious with lots of seating options and a large kitchen! We will be back. :)

We rented this cabin for the property to hold a small wedding (50 people). It had amazing views and looked so good with pictures. The house was very neat and clean when we arrived. We had one small problem which got fixed immediately once notified. She worked really well with us and the amount of people allowed to be there for one day. It was very peaceful and quite. The games on the bottom floor definitely worked well for the reception everyone loved it. The patio was big enough to have everyone stand around for the first dances. She was absolutely amazing with letting us hold a wedding on her property there were no issues. We rented out both of her cabins which are right down from each other. The big house can actually hold about 8 cars without blocking everyone in. We were able to fit more because we had both cabins so we had full length of the gravel rd. I would 100% recommended staying here. If you are looking for a place to hold an event outside that is quite with gorgeous views this is definitely it!

The cabin was nice, clean, great views and plenty of activities onsite for my teenagers to keep them happy.
