Stayed here with two teens in August and it provided a wonderful base to explore the lakes, rivers and mountains of southern Vermont.

It was far, nerve racking on the neighborhood roads. All mud and deep ruts. You absolutely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get to the place. They need to throw gravel down. Junk refrigerator was the very 1st thing you saw as you came into the driveway with the discarded cardboard. Four bags of trash as soon as you walked in.

This is a typical rustic Vermont cabin with the usual quirks. The place was spotless when we checked in. The pictures are accurate. The dirt road was well maintained and was plowed quickly when it snowed. A few small issues were corrected but response could have been quicker. Most places offer a folder with information about the house and that would have been appreciated as we had to figure out a few things on our own (ie. the address of the pool or how the fireplace worked). I'd up the review to 5 stars if they supplied all that at check in or onsite. It's very close to Mount Snow and Stratton is also about 30 minute drive.

This place was so comfortable with the gas fireplace and the kitchen was stocked just like home! We love the wood planks on the walls, the setting is private and we were at Mount Snow in around 10 minutes!

The house has 3 comfortable good size bedrooms. The bathroom is very clean and modern. Overall the house has all the amenities needed.

This place was great to stay at and was super close to the mountain! Not much service but wifi always worked. Nice amount of space and the fire was enough to warm up the living room. Some cleaning issues but resolved with Vacasa.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It is located about 20 min from Mt. Snow and about 30 min from Statton mountain. The property is well maintained with updated bathroom, plenty of towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. Just bring your coffee and food. The wood paneling also made it feel very rustic like a log cabin. My only suggestion is if you are staying here during the winter months, to bring a vehicle with good winter tires or AWD. The roads get icy and if it snows, there are a number of steep climbs.

Very clean and cozy. A little remote. You have to take dirt roads to get there. In the winter you shoupd probably have 4 wheel drive or at least snow tires. Otherwise, if you are looking for a cozy cabin in the woods close to skiing, it is perfect.

I took this vacation to have a little peace and quiet. This was the perfect place for that. Very quiet and peaceful.<br /> The cabin was wonderful, warm and cozy, and very nice inside.<br /> The bed was comfortable, the kitchen stocked with all the cooking gear you would need.<br /> I really enjoyed my stay.
