Originally the ceilings of the tower were decorated with frescoes, today traces can be found on a panel in the flat on the first floor. In the accommodations there are reference books on Renaissance art and on Florence and Tuscany. There is no swimming pool. Pets accepted. On request the owner is available for cookery lessons on Tuscan and medieval dishes. It is also possible to organize a dinner with the owner. These accommodations are within reach of all commodities being situated at 16 km from Florence and 3.5 km from the town of Pontassieve which has shops, supermarkets, banks, a post office and even a railway station. Next restaurant and food shop are located in Rosano, ca. 2.4km. Excellent position for visiting many cultural and natural attractions such as the famous medieval towns of Tuscany and its parks.
