First Floor Very large living area with entrance to living room with fireplace Another double living room with dining area with beamed ceilings and bathroom A large and lightned kitchen that leads to the outside garden A panoramic view studio The brend new kitchen is fully equipped with amost everything and it's very large, here you can cook or have cooking classes, The panoramic view studio and the large kitchen leads to the garden with 400 sq.m. extension and a panoramic view with a covered terrace for outdoor dining and various garden furniture with typical italian herbs for cooking like basilico, salvia and more. Close to the garden you will find also a big grill area and an professional pizza oven furnished with all the materials and wood. Second Floor From the ground floor you can access to the first floor with a wooden staircase where there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a big shower and another bedroom with a staircase that provides access to a large private bath with tub and roof window. The Attic floor From the first floor you can access the attic floor with a wooden staircase where there are a bathroom and another bedroom with two beds. Rooftop terrace The property includes a rooftop terrace, perfect for aperitivo or romantic dinners. Swimming Pool Located close to the garden, there is a 100 sqm area with the swimming pool (10m x 6m) with a water slide for funny moments and with relaxing forniture. The pool have underwater illumination and it's totally furnished with Floats, sunbeds, umbrella, private toilette and outside shower with hot and cold water. The house has also a garage and a courtyard and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven and microwave, gas stove, espresso machine, central heating, WiFi internet and a kitchen garden, producing vegetables for the guests. We organize also private dinners, pizza events and typical tuscan cooking lessons with our English speaking chef David and with other local experienced Chefs.
