The apartment is located in Greve in Chianti, Piazza Matteotti, 26, on the first floor of a 15th century building. Plus there is a spectacular 40 s/m2 terrace overlooking the Square. The apartment has a spacious entrance, a large kitchen/dining area with 2 refrigerators, oven, dish washer, living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, tv and antique fireplace, 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub/shower and one with shower. Plus a separate space with washing machine and sink. Please note, upon request with owner's permission, it is possible to accommodate 6 persons in the apartment because there is a sofa-bed in the entrance. Home away from home in Greve

Great place in all ways

This is a class "A" place, spacious, convenient and clean. The landlord was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We could not have been happier. This was a wonderful time in a superior rental.

Fantastic spacious apartment

This apartment is amazing! Very very spacious with a large sunny terrace that overlooks the main square in Greve. I would describe it as typically Tuscan , lovely beamed ceilings & stone floors & the furniture reflects the style. The kitchen is well equipped again...More
