Disconnect from daily routine in this wonderful traditional Mallorcan style house for 6 people in Santa María del Camí.In this antique restored house you will enjoy all current facilities within a rustic and traditional style that preserves great details that have been maintained. The fantastic salt water pool of 9,50 x 3,80 and a depth from 0,8 to 1,80 predominates in the outside. We find a garden area around the terrace with sunbeds and parasols and which has a very good style. The barbecue will allow you to prepare marvellous meals or dinners that you will enjoy in the porch close to the house. There is also a toilet outside. The 14465 m2 finca is fenced and there are no many neighbours in the surroundings, so privacy is total. The 180 m2 accommodation has two floors. Once in the inside of the ground floor, you come into a spectacular living room where traditional details have been respected like the bench at the foot of the window or the wooden beamed ceiling. This is a cosy and luminous living room with several armchairs and one sofa where you will enjoy watching a film in the satellite TV or the Wi-Fi connection. There is a wood stove also for the coldest nights. Afterwards, we find the dining room with a table for 8 people and another wood stove. The kitchen has vitro and it is independent, and despite its completely traditional appearance, you will find all current kitchen tools to cook comfortably in it. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor and has one double bed. On the first floor we find the other two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a wardrobe and the other with a double bed, with a rack and a chest. The house has two bathrooms for all the house, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. You will find also a laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an iron table. There is also a baby cot and a highchair in case you need them. Santa María del Camí is a lovely village in the center of the island. You can hike or cycle from the house. In this village you will find all services you need for an independent stay. From Santa Maria you can go to any place in the island. Inca is a close city where you cannot miss the street market on Thursdays which expands all over the main streets of the city. The closest beach is that of Can Pere Antoni, in Palma, but you also have a quick access to the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort. Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Outside parking for 4 vehicles. Distances Beach: 18 km - Can Pere Antoni Airport: 23 km - Son Sant Joan Golf course: 17 km - Golf Puntiro Town: 2.4 km - Santa Maria Train station: 2 km - Santa Maria Bus stop: 2.9 km - Santa Maria Ferry: 21 km - Port de Palma Hospital: 15 km - Son Llatzer Tourist license: ETV/8887 The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. The villa was wonderful with an incredible area of land included. The pool area was fantastic with a nice Astro turf area where you could play badminton or bat and ball. 20 minute walk to Santa Maria - some nice restaurants there but important to rent a car to get to supermarket and explore the island

Beaucoup de tranquillité dans un cadre idéal, proche des commerces, entre mer et montagne. Intérieur et extérieur répondant totalement aux photos et descriptions, la piscine est très agréable. Ainsi qu'une hôte très accueillante.
